totaled my car trying to drive through a puddle that was too deep. Sapp showed up within 15 min to tow me out in the pouring rain and having to literally get in the water to hook my car up. He then went out of his way to help me with my insurance claim and to make sure my insurance took care of what was needed promptly. I cannot say enough how professional Sapp has been through the whole process. It is such a great feeling to have a local business you can really trust. thanks Sapp.

The shop was very responsive clean well educated if you want to feel safe where your car is bring it to Saps. The work is very clean to the point. I would give them a 10 and a five star.

Saps auto is without a doubt the best auto body shop on the east end! Dave and his staff are fast and know everything there is to know about any automobile that is brought to them for help. Dave is honest and tells you up front what it’s going to take to fix your problems. He’s a local homegrown guy and cares about his clients. My fleet wouldn’t be running if it wasn’t for Dave and Saps auto. Definitely 5 stars!!!

I have had multiple decades worth of awful experiences with this shop. The last time was due to a car accident and the police had my car towed to SAP's. The owner, Dave, was so incredibly rude and condescending. He would not want for our Geico Ins adjuster to arrive to access out claim. Instead he had my Toyota Sienna towed to the junk yard and would not answer my calls regarding why my car was not and his shop or tell me where it was!! This guy is a real piece of work and probably the most male chavonist jerk I have EVER encountered! There are far better options for auto shops on the East End. Do yourself a favor and find them!!!
