Been with them for 10+ years. Things are a little hectic now, many changes are being made. But they always did the best they could and it’s one of the few resources for neurology and pain management on the east end. So I’m grateful for that.

Scheduled an appointment 2-3 weeks ago with Dr. Moreta. Arrived on time for a 3:15 appt. At 4 pm was called to the desk to inform me Dr. Moreta left the office & I will have to reschedule. I never experienced such an unprofessional act in a healthcare situation. Dr. Moreta doesn't deserve to hold a medical license. He is unprofessional & a coward who hides behind his front office staff. Think twice before putting your health in his care.

Dr. Zarif is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He listen to my needs and recommend the best treatment available. I highly recommend him and this practice from the front desk to nursing all staff are professional and well knowledgeable. The comfort and and relief I felt when diagnosed is beyond any care I have every received. Don't just take my word see for yourself!

Dr Zarif truly cares about his patients. He took his time and listened to all of my complaints of pain, stiffness etc. He did a detailed history of my procedures and has suggested an ongoing course of treatment to relieve my symptoms. . I'm glad I chose Dr Zarif as my Neurologist, and so will you!

Dr Mangles is the absolute best Doctor I have been to! He and his team are exceptional, highly educated and listen to their patients!!! Dr Mangkes was able to find the source of my issues after multiple other Drs could not find them! I was put on a program and had great results!! they are amazing!!!

I am surprised by the negative reviews so I will address Dr. Zarif who is my MS Doctor - love him. Interested in 'me', compassionate and kind and more thorough than my MS doctor at NYU Langone who is known as one of the top MSdoctors in the country. I will say the office is disorganized, takes a long time during COVID to make an appointment, but I put up with it because he is a fantastic doctor.

Zero stars. They first cancelled me after my waiting a month because the doctor wouldn't be in by 10am. I had to wait another month. Went today. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and I asked for a status. Apparently, Dr Moreta had left and no word on when he would be back? This doctor is fired. He has no regard or respect for people's time. I'm just so glad I hadn't started any treatment with him so I can go someplace else.

I was referred to this place by my PCP. On my first visit, I waited 1 hour in the waiting Area. When I went back to my room, my nurse took my vitals and asked why I was there. I told her I was referred by my pcp, and she immediately got aggravated and kept asking my why I was there. She exclaimed she is trying to help me, and I honestly didn't understand why she was upset? I told her my symptoms and she left the room. The doctor came in and was friendly at first but then asked me again why I was there. I told him my symptoms and he said yeah sounds like your just having symptoms from high blood pressure and was going to just dismiss me. Mind you, my pcp had already ordered a full lab work up and a CT scan because all of my symptoms are neurological. I told him that I've had issues with high blood pressure for years and I'm on medicine that this is different. He laughed and said so tell me what do you think is wrong then, what do you have? He then asked if I had a sleep study done for sleep apnea I said no. He looks at me and says well you're overweight so. At this time I should've just walked out. After a few more questions he said that he wanted to see me back in a month. I left in tears. I'm not going to write all of my symptoms down on here to prove my point, but Dr. Moreta treated me like dirt, a fat piece of dirt that wasted his time. I will NEVER return here again.
