Terrible customer service, asked for a size twice and never came back to tell us that they don’t have that size, until we stopped them again and got an attitude answer saying we don’t have anymore sizes in the back.

Today I had the worst day of my life at North Face. A man who was a manager and thought he was running the store prevented me from shopping. He said very hurtful words. He was rude. He humiliated me in front of my daughter. I will never come to this store again for shopping. I would not recommend it to anyone. The last time I came was last summer.05/25/2025 saat:15.30

I had not so pleasant visit yesterday at this store. I was looking for hiking shoes, I saw a pair that I liked and at the same time a young shop worker came to me and asked if I needed help, I said that I would like to try on this shoes at size 6.5 he asked me what type of shoes I'm looking for I repeated that this particular kind. He went somewhere came back after some time and asked again for my size (like what he was doing away at the store if he didn't remember it) He looked at the shelf for 0.5 second and said that they cannot help me today. That was weird, but okay, all that time I was holding sports bra that I was going to try on, but then I was ignored at the changing rooms for some time, and was already in such a bad mood that I just went away.
I thought that maybe they didn't want me to try on shoes, because I didn't have socks on me - I was willing to buy socks that I needed anyway, but there was no conversation with this guy.
I'm not a native speaker, and I may mispronounce some words, but there shouldn't be any problem if he just asked. He was just not even trying to be communicative or listen to me and I felt offended.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. They will NOT honor any returns even though you comply with their disclaimer. I have been a northface customer for over 30 years and will NEVER ever buy a product from them again !!!! 2 weeks after i bought my sweatshirt they refused to honor their return policy !!! Garbage. Go and buy columbia which offers better products, customer service, and much better price. Northface is absolute JUNK

I shopped at North face Tanger outlet recently. I was excited and saw so many things I liked. I bought a few hundred dollars of product. The store it self was great and organized. But the staff made me feel unwelcome. Knowone greeted me or asked if I needed help. Instead I kept catching them watching me. I even saw one up on a ladder looking at me and my partner. Saw them conversing over their ear pieces. And even when I was checking out, the cashier was still talking over his ear piece like in code and laughing. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have years of experience of working in high end retail. So I know what a customer experience should look like. I visited ten other stores that day. North face Tanger outlet was the only one that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome like if they thought I was going to steal something for some reason. It’s a shame. Also this is my first time taking the time out to review a store. But I thought it was necessary and hope in the future they can be more welcoming to paying customers.
