My phone got damaged as I fell, I ended up buying a new phone with my cellular provider. However, the sales rep referred me to uBreakiFix perhaps they can fix my old phone in order to transfer all data.
From the moment I called in, stepped into the establishment, and walked out, it was such a pleasant experience. Marisol was amazing over the phone. Chris left me speechless with his professionalism, expertise, knowledge, and warm demeanor.
Chris is incredible!
The following day, he called me to let me know that the SD card was left behind.
Mind blowing! Such honesty, integrity, and going the extra mile....customer service is excellent. Highly Recommend.

I needed a reset on my phone and AT&T store was unable to do it. Samsung gave me a list of stores to go to so i chose the Riverhead location.Marisol was so friendly, kind and patient and best of all, solved my problem with the phone. She was very professional and courteous and took her time and didn't make me feel rushed. If you need service on your phone, use this location and ask for her.

They cannot fix anything here but screens. They are not familiar with electronics at all. They do not answer the phone. The phone number listed on Google is incorrect and they don't care. A low effort money grab.

I was a bit apprehensive to try an electronic repair place, but I'm very happy I went to uBreakiFix in Riverhead. Chris was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Even though he thought it was a faulty charging port, he ordered extra parts just in case it was something more. The phone was fixed in a couple of days and everything is working well. They are honest and friendly - highly recommended!
