Just had a great experience with Matthew Sherman at this Verizon store. My husband, who is sight impaired, needed information transferred from one old phone to another. Matthew was so helpful and patient. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Matthew was extremely helpful and transferred from old to new phone without a hitch. He also described features and new upgrades. Jake and Evan were helpful as well, traveling to another store to get my phone and answering my questions about operating platforms, respectively. I would have no hesitation shopping there again!

Evan was wonderful. I came in broken hearted because my phone fell in a bucket of water, and would not light up. He got all my Contacts and messages onto a new phone and I couldn't be happier!!

Evan was the only representative in the store when my wife and I came in to upgrade her phone. He was able to multitask when another customer entered. He handled our needs effectively and efficiently and was able to process our transaction in less than a half hour. About the only negative comment I will make is that he neglected to advise my wife on setting up the facial recognition feature.

Jake from verizon (not state farm ?) was very helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Wasn’t pushy and looked at what great deals were out for me and my daughter. Will be going back again soon at this Riverhead, NY location over by the Dunkin Donuts, this place staff is so much better now than it was some time back before when I last went.

We walked in just before closing, and Jake and the other employee didn’t bat an eye! They made us feel welcome and didn’t rush us AT ALL! They also sold me another 2 hundred dollars of product! You’re blessed to have Jake, and whoever the other guy was!
