made the mistake of buying light fixtures for our renovation. ended up using NONE of the 8 fixtures bought. obviously can't return because it's the outlet. problems included:
- missing screws
- scratched up plates
- missing half of the globes / cracked globe
- missing snaps / parts to install the lights
they sell the lights in boxes that are sealed. there was no way to check but even then how would you count the tiny pieces to make sure none is missing?????

Staff is friendly. Regular clientele, i think mostly out of towners. Parking is within the shopping area and free. Definitely reliable venue. Products are good and accessible. Ambiance is typical. some good deals. Worth the visit.

Buyer beware (lighting) - never ever buy lighting from here. We bought multiple fixtures which were damaged and missing (or had the wrong size) screws. While buying, the staff were rude and pushy when we wanted to open up every box. Our mistake was caving. But, even if we had seen that some fixtures were damaged, we wouldn’t have discovered missing screws until installation.
Don’t buy anything here without thorough examination. Open all boxes. If the staff are rude and pushy about it, walk out.

I had an amazing shopping experience at West Elm Outlet in Riverhead! The discounts are unbeatable – 40% off almost everything in the store, plus an extra 10% off from Monday to Friday. The selection of modern furniture and home accessories is impressive, and I was thrilled to find that rugs have a 50% discount as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for stylish and affordable furniture!

Essentially all furniture was over $700 unless it was severely damaged or essentially unusable. Few options were good.
