I had scheduled an appt with Tina but she wasn’t available so I saw another technician (not Jenny). I’m not sure of her name but we had some challenges. She cut me more than once when filing. I asked her to do another coat she told me, “You are picky.”
She was doing a design on my thumb and made a mistake that I asked her to fix. She did not want to fix it and said to me, “Next time you come ask for someone else.”
She finished my nails with her arms crossed and slamming nail bottles. Super awkward especially when I never raised my voice and just asked for what I wanted for my nails.
I originally made an appt here for my mom and I because of the wonderful reviews for Jenny and Tina. I wish now I had asked to wait for Tina. My 2 stars are because my mom had a good appt at least.

Great service nails do not lift. Very fast for fills! Can do regular acrylic sets as well as powder dipped (with crazy amount of powders to choose from)
