Would give 0 stars if I could. Isn’t the whole appeal of 7-Eleven that’s its open 24/7? Anyway, this one isn’t. All lights are on and everything, says open online, but the doors are locked. Not sure whether it’s lazy staff or owners but this is pretty lame. Again 0 stars if I could. Not sure how this happens

Absolutely the worst experience. My wife went in there to get a small cup of ice and walked out of store with the attendant and a customer chasing her out of the store for a 50 cent cup of ice. The customer chasing her out was saying very inappropriate things to my wife while the gas station attendant allowed it for 50 cents. The gas station attendant told my wife "it would be free if you asked"? It is alarming I can pull up all my transactions at seven eleven I go there every day and spend thousands. I'm not looking for anything and you'll be lucky to have me for a customer again after this experience. And we went right back in and paid the 50 cents. Just how an employee and a customer chased my wife down like she was stealing. You need to address this. I went back in there to talk to the attendant about the situation asking for a managers number or corporate and he said 'no I'm the manager" and refused to give me corporates number. This is highly unnecessary and unprofessional. I'll take my business somewhere else. I would give a 0 if I could...... Not cool

Go somewhere else if you want slushies. Either the clerk was lying or they don't have small cups OR the dome lids for any size slushie. Dude said 'they don't carry them' he ignored me the first 2 times I tried to ask him a question too. Will not be coming back to this location, take the extra min to drive further up Monroe, the clerks are nicer and they keep their supplies stocked.

Perfectly fine 7-11. As a seasoned connoisseur of 7-11s around the globe, this ranks along the middle tier--along with one in London I visited last year. Nothing bad and nothing special. You get what you expect.

Usually I love this particular store, but they need to stop advertising they're a 24 hour store if they are not.the one on East Main, it confuses customers. I went down this morning doors locked lights on I knoçked and no one was there

Store is what you expect from a city 7eleven. Cashier, who was on his cell phone the entire transaction, this morning short changed me. I asked for a receipt and he cought an attitude. Wonder how much he steels from 7eleven customers in a day??

Received excellent service, the cashier was very patient and helpful. The store was immaculate... Just wish there were more stores in the inner city.
