Update: as soon as I submitted this 1 star review I got a contact from Corporate 711 saying they would have someone contact me for more details… still haven’t heard back. 7/11 just doesn’t care… Original review: They have no idea what to do when I pay by my 7/11 wallet. It takes so long to explain their corporate app that I might as well wait and pay in cash. So much for “skip the line”!

This location took my 7Rewards Points and I left the store with nothing due to how unprofessional and disrespectful these foreigners are. My points are at 0pts. No supervisor or team lead was available to correct the fact that their associate tried to allow me to take one item instead of two. My Points covered two. He didn't apologize or had information on if he could correct the issue or if I had to call a support help line. I stop shopping here years ago due to the fact that they'll ring up your item higher than the shelf price. It never failed. They're unorganized and should be shut down. Very ghetto too is why Wegmans customer service surpasses this store.

I think the department of health needs to pay them a visit. I was x at work ran in to grab some wings on a quick break. They were hard and do had a bad taste I couldn't finish after trying a few bites then I felt sick to my stomach like I was gonna throw up.

Very friendly lady behind the counter. Actually helped me find so.etging right off by telling me aisle, shelf, and where on the shelf. Talk about someone e who k ows their store! Pretty sure I'll be going just there for the length of time I'll be in town.

I like it because it is open 24 hours a day, which is very practical in my case. I went to the emergency room because my son felt bad. I bought the medicines and the gentleman was super fast in his service

Avoid going in when dealing with the middle eastern guys. They don't bother with any deals they screw up order for food and extremely hard of hearing

Do not buy bread at this 7-Eleven location unless you want it to turn moldy one or two days later happened twice to me I made the mistake of not checking dates !
