If I could give zero stars I would. The people at this location will flat out lie to your face. And the management will never return your calls. I've been fighting with them for over a year and they refuse to repear anything and they close my account and make it seem like you paid off my item so they don't have to fix it. And if call they will all give you the same lie. This location has left a nasty taste in my mouth and I i will not be a returning customer. Avoid this location at all costs

If I could give less than a star I would. Very rude customer service. False advertisement. Do not go to them. They will rob you of all your hard earned money! Worse experience of my life dealing with these people. Do not do it! Go to rent a center or save for what you want. Do not use Aaron's! Trash people and a bunch of liars!

Poor customer service was very rude. I can only imagine how many other customers this woman that they have working is being rude to her mouth is very smart. I asked a simple question if masked was required in the store and she stated it would be nice in a smart manner. So I asked if she had a an extra mask and her response was that she had one on her face so then I repeated again asking if she had a extra mask and she responded rude again .. I think this needs to train their staff when it come to basic customer service skills. If you aren’t happy with your job you should T be working their I will be calling the store manager and corporate ‼️

Scheduled delivery failed to show up twice. 2 days pay gone, should have just worked and bought it at a real store. Nobody knows anything, can only send an email to the "special team"A week later, still nothing.

I have called there 45 times today, only to get hung up on or they let the phone ring forever. I'm so upset that I don't think that I want to continue dealing with them. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

I would NEVER do business with this company ever again. From management(Allen) to the associates(Matt) they are all very rude and unprofessional. My account was messed up on multiple occasions due to their own staff and no one took accountability nor called me of any mess ups. Instead they blamed old associates and management. Matt also went as far in blaming me the customer. When I asked Matt to speak to management higher then the actual office I was told NO and was given the run around. I then put in a complaint and Allen called me back and that was no better. Both Matt(associate) and Allen (manager) were very unprofessional and condescending. I am so glad I am done with this company and again I will NEVER spend my money with them ever again. I did not feel like a value customer.
