Never had a bad experience here staff is very kind and helpful. Usually have a lot of parts in stock so it’s not hard to get what you need. Would recommend here over other auto parts places in Penfield.

I was happy that this location was open on New Years Day. I ordered the part I needed online and it was ready quickly. When I picked it up, they had crossed out the part number on the box and hand written the part number that I ordered beside it. They tried to intentionally deceive me, luckily I checked the part before I left. They were also surly when I pointed it out and returned the part. Go across the street for auto parts, save yourself the headache.

We had a dead battery.They came out to the car and checked to make sure it was not working. He then proceeded to put in a new battery. Very nice young man and totally knew what he was doing. Thanks for the great service.

I received outstanding customer service from John regarding a battery issue. I have been treated well here over the last 30+ years. However, John was especially helpful with resolving my problem. Advance Auto will continue to be my go-to place for auto parts and great customer service.

FYI- online price is less expensive and they won’t honor it in store. When I said I wouldn’t be back guy at the counter said “perfect”. No problem. There literally is an Auto Zone across the street I can shop. 0 stars.

Awful experience. Was sold the wrong equipment for my car and then, was advised I couldn’t return it when I came back saying it doesn’t fit. Corporate customer service was useless as well.

Convenient for me to purchase online & pickup in store. Online tells me exactly what parts to get for my specific car & if they have them in stock at the store. When I've gone into the store without ordering ahead online I've had to wait for help for a while because there's usually only 2 people working so if there's any other customers you have to wait. I have especially felt like they don't take me as seriously when I go in for parts without ordering ahead because I'm a female. So I say it's it's great place to get your auto supplies as long as you order ahead online if possible.

Staff not experienced in the automotive industry. The associate that helped us did not know what the parts we were looking for were. To make matters worse is that this associate was the only one working with a huge line of people. Frankly if they should just make the place self checkout with a in-store computer with a live chat for technical support.
