5 PM, greeted by a huge, unfriendly clerk. Wanted wiper blades. Asked for them to be installed, “no, not at night” was his reply. Tried to buy them anyway. Was asked for phone #, didn’t come up in system. I didn’t care, just wanted to buy wipers. “ need your name”, he said. I replied “ you don’t need my name to buy wipers. “. He glared down at me, I left without wipers. Went to competing store, friendly, helpful clerk, as it should be. They will get future business.

I had a great experience in the store. Mallory was very helpful and friendly. She made sure I was getting the correct product and offered some helpful and needed information.

Run of the mill chain auto parts store. They have some stuff in stock, employees use computers to look up parts, can check other stores and install batteries.Back to pre COVID customer service, tools to rent or use, commercial accounts can be opened there too.

On multiple occasions did I need a part or product within 30 minutes of closing only to find the place closed. Doors locked, no one answers the phone. If you are going to post hours on your front door that says 9pm closing, close at 9pm.

This is store in Chili Avenue is the worse to purchase anything, I bought a battery 4 months ago, it has been working properly for this time, but last week the battery completely drained out, My Ford SUV was towed, it was Dropped at Ford Cortese dealer, they said the battery passed to the test but it cannot handle the multiples cracking, so it fails in use after 3 days the new battery that Ford installed works properly now with no problem at all, I tried to replace the battery for a new one at this store at Chili Avenue, but they said they cannot replace because it has passed to the test, but I am sure that the battery is bad. I re-install the battery in my SUV for test, I keep the new one and the jumper start in the car for safe. For sure in the next days I will drop this damaged battery at advance auto parts ans ask for a new replacement.

Ordered a battery online yesterday for same day delivery by 8pm. Order was eventually updated to deliver by 9:15pm. Battery never arrived at all. Woke up this morning and now have 2 charges on my account for the same purchase and still no product. Support says I'll get my refund in 2 days or so... in the meantime I had to go to a store this morning and buy another battery, so for the time being I am out $600 for a single car battery.*Edit- I do not blame this store or anyone there for this issue. This is higher up the food chain. I placed the initial order from this store but it had been updated to the Irondequoit store afterwards. It's clearly something with how corporate set up the same day delivery service.
