I use it often. It's comparatively smaller than some other grocery stores, so you can be done quickly. Henrietta one and Winton Rd , both, Convenient near many additional stores and restaurants. Multiple locations in the Monroe County area. Love the price, the quality and packaging size ; perfect for us. The seasonal products they carry are good for our taste. The 'finds' , be it household goods from chair to sheet sets, clothing, shoes, etc. we have bought so many. Family also appreciate the gluten free selection. Now with beer , wine and cocktails added, it's mostly a one stop shop. My yard has perennials from Aldi, that enjoy year after year. Extended family in other States, also love Aldi!!!❤️❤️❤️

This Aldi is the worst one I have been to. Most of the cashiers are always rude and not friendly at all. The shelves are disorganized and looks like a mess. This Aldi is the closest to my house and I go out of my way and travel further for a better experience.

I went in today with a return. I spoke to a mgr who was standing off to the side about how to return .she told me I had to wait in line. Was prepared to do that even tho the two lines were long with full carts. I had two pairs of socks to return. THEN she walks over and opens a register and brings a couple of customers over to her line. I walked over and asked her why she couldn't take my retirn and she said I had to
" wait my turn". It would have taken her 3 minutes to take my return. Very poor customer service. I left. Went to my usual Aldi's in Penfield. Much different outcome. I'll never ever go to Henrietta Aldi's. Oh and I told the gal at Penfield about my experience in Henrietta. She was not surprised.
