They are knowledgeable enough to teach about NYS gun laws and point people in the right direction. The staff will try to get whatever firearm is desired and are great for shipping ammo. They accommodate needed services, from purchases and transfers to gunsmithing. The gunsmithing department is second to none, handling everything from simple cleanings to complete builds and high-end competition rifles. Customers report coming out excited and happy with their purchases, feeling comfortable and reminded that their choices matter. The store is highly recommended for continuing business.

Excellent customer service. Walked in their shop for the first time earlier this year and have now become a frequent customer. Please support your local gun shop! This is their life’s work. NYS has made it very difficult for shops like this to survive, but they are truly trying their best. Best of luck Allstar team
