I don't write negative reviews, I like to promote businesses, but this one did us dirty and I want to prevent this from happening to others. After reading other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.I didn't realize how painful buying furniture was until I walked into Arhaus. The sales associate we worked with throughout the process made several mistakes during the ordering process, keeping forgetting our order, kept telling us she was busy. It was an extremely painful back and forth. It took weeks for her to get back to us, finalize details and get it submitted. She made several mistakes along the way, which I kept ignoring. I didn't realize someone could make that many mistakes. In addition, the financing is completely screwed up after we exchanged an item, they lied about the plans leaving us with serious issues.I will never come back to this establishment, the manager was not helpful in anyway. I called head office and they were appalled by the behavior.When you walk in, NO one offers to help you. I'm not sure what kind of place wants to act so cold and distant towards paying customers, it is disgusting.

I regret to share a recent disappointing experience my husband and I encountered at Arhaus.Over the years, we have been loyal customers, both in-store and online, and have generally had positive interactions. However, our recent visit left us disheartened, prompting me to provide this review.We visited the store with the intention of returning four boxes of lighting fixtures that we had purchased online. Admittedly, we may have overlooked the store's policy regarding returns for online purchases, but we were taken aback by the treatment we received from the staff upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the initial lack of greetings and the evident annoyance displayed by the staff as we entered the store set a discouraging tone for our visit.The manager informed us that the store typically did not accept returns for online purchases but suggested that he might make an exception given our presence in the store. Regrettably, he subsequently reversed his decision, stating that we needed to arrange the return ourselves.Having worked in customer service myself, I appreciate that challenging situations can arise. However, this situation did not warrant the dismissive treatment we received. We were not given the opportunity to express our disappointment before being promptly shut down, leaving us with no choice but to leave the premises.While I understand that adhering to company policies is crucial, a simple display of courtesy and a polite response would have sufficed. Our initial intention had been to browse and potentially make additional purchases, but the way we were treated hindered any opportunity for us to consider this. We left the store without the staff even offering to set aside our returned items or inviting us to explore their products further.In the realm of exceptional customer service and considering the long-term success of a business, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers is essential. Had the staff taken a more customer-centric approach, we may have walked out of Arhaus with additional purchases, as we had initially intended. Unfortunately, our experience on this occasion left us disheartened and hesitant to return as loyal patrons.

I bought my dream, slipcovered white sofa 20 years ago, and it still looks brand new. Customer service helped me with a minor issue that arose in the beginning. I really appreciate their integrity. This company stands behind their product.

We bought a $9000.00 sofa & ottoman in Dec. 22, filed a quality claim in May and tried to work with ‘Arhaus Concierge’ for resolution. They claimed my issues were ‘minor’ to them and refused to do anything. I rate the furniture as ‘discount chain’ quality at best. Never again will I consider Arhaus for any purchase.

We used a interest free payment plan with arhaus's credit card. Paid the entire balance prior to the expiration date, and now they are charging us the accrued interest. The customer service representatives of the card do not understand basic accounting, and they are claiming we made payments on different dates than our statements prove we paid on.

The furniture and lighting is to die for. I just need a bigger house or just a couple more houses because there is so much I love in the store. Had a tough time choosing my table and chairs. Glad I went for the round marble because with kids I think it will wear well. The only downside is the waiting time is 5 months . I guess I could have picked something in stock but I'm still happy with what I picked . By the way customer service at Arhaus is a great !

The insurance they sell is a scam. The hold times are about 13 hours, they then make you submit stuff on this portal which they don't review, and then they deny anything you submit. The representatives will lie to you and tell you and tell you it's hassle free. It isn't even real.

Gorgeous showroom with excellent design elements - friendly Design Consultants - Logan Fugle in particular- who know the Arhaus brand and product inside and out - and offer practical, down to earth advice about dimensions, fabric, and color. We have ordered from this Arhaus on several occasions - there are often substantial lead times, but it has always been worth the wait. The quality of the furniture - especially the depth, sturdiness, and comfort of the couches- is unsurpassed at this price level. Take a look - it's fun just to walk around the showroom since there are decently priced high quality blankets, throws, poufs, and candles!

Beautiful summer vases are now on clearance, and the staff is welcoming and so helpful. The grapefruit & pine candle smells heavenly. There's so much inspiration to be found for your home decor or planning a get together for family and friends.

Purchased my linen sofa and copper coffee table there. Addition is now a beautiful copper bowl to rest on the copper coffee table!! Looks fantastic!The store is the best with many unique pieces!! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

I wouldn't waste the time - salespeople are friendly, but it seems like problem after problem with them. We ordered two custom recliners in June 2020. The chairs came 10 weeks later (we were told it would take this long and understood as they were custom). The chairs did not have the recliners built in as we requested. They apologized and said the chairs would be replaced, but it would take another 10-12 weeks. The second set was delivered with the reclining function, but the chairs had several imperfections. We paid good money for the chairs and this was unacceptable. They gave us a discount and told us they would re-order the chairs again. (this was around Halloween) We were then notified the chairs would not be delivered until end of February (APPROXIMATELY 17 WEEKS!!). Chairs came in the middle of March and once again damaged. I called the store manager to make sure our discount was being refunded to us and he stated he was glad we finally got acceptable chairs. I informed him they were not acceptable, but I wasn't waiting another 20 weeks for chairs. I took the best two and sent the others back. The store manager told me he would see if there was anything else he could do and of course.... I never heard from him. The one bright spot of the experience is the delivery guys are extremely professional.Update: they asked me to email my information so they could help further resolve the issue. I sent them my information about a week ago and have heard nothing back. Not surprised.
