Absolutely the worst place! Very poor communication! I had to go there because they messed up my implant- came loose only a year after I got it so I had to go back or pay for it again at a real place. My experience has been awful. I witnessed an older gentleman who did not speak English get very upset and watched the staff treat him in a rude manner. No empathy or understanding of his situation. I then heard several staff taking about him after he left. Very unprofessional. My situation was as bad. Was told one thing and showed up to a different plan altogether. When I finally expressed my emotions after dealing with them for the past 4 years with my mouth shut. I was told - you misunderstood- no I didn’t. It was never explained. Being told “yep- we are all set. Next time is it” led me to believe that one more trip there and I was finally done with this place. Not the case. Do your research! I would not recommend this place at all.

Dr. Basha is amazing and his staff are very pleasant as well. I’m very grateful for their help during my dental emergency and I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

I called and got an appt quickly being in self pay. I told them I need a cleaning, just a regular cleaning. They stated ok great. The exam is free I would just have to pay for the cleaning. The dental hygienist says to me your teeth are beautiful. The problem you have can be cleared up with a simple cleaning. Another hygiest comes in, I get the exam done and now my cleaning will be THOUSANDS of dollars. WHY CANT I just get a regular cleaning. This is ridiculous. I am paying out of my pocket I should not have an issue. HORRIBLE to do people that way.

Great experience . I was able to get my X-rays and the first half of my cleaning all in the same day. Staff was polite and outgoing . Loved the hygienist.

They sold me implants and made me remove 12 teeth to get them to only tell me after my third visit that I owe 7,000$ and they don’t care what I was told 3 separate appointments

I love this Aspen dental location. Every member of the staff has helped me tremendously, and I’ll never go anywhere else. The dentist is hard for a lot of folks, I’m so glad the doctors and team made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Hi, when I first walked in? I was nervous and scared from the previous dentist.They made me feel comfortable. Tell me all the details what they was going to do.felt like I had a choice in different options. I definitely love the fact that they all took the time. To make sure that I understand what was going on.I know that I am going to have Took and care of I have the faith in them thank you
