Worst location I have ever been to and would not recommend going there at all. I bought a brand new phone and screen protector yesterday and my screen protector cracked. They're telling me I have to pay full price because I don't have the receipt. absolutely ridiculous.

Trell at the Greeceridge Mall AT&T was amazing! Smooth, quick experience and left the store with my new phone upgrade that day. Will be going back for all future needs

I am really disappointed and upset ?1.the sale rep: frank was fine but have messed up my plans and giving me the wrong one. Gave me the experience plan not the one I have now and everything should be under the primary holder not someone else and think you can do whatever you want2. I have asked my sister to go for me the next weekend to add another line to my line:The sale rep- Zackary C was rude and couldn't do the request what I needed to be changed and keep asking my sister if he meet before like seeing her at de Lago casino. I really fine the unprofessional and unhappyI rather call customer service to make thing more easier. Now I have to call them now.In person sale represents please do your job right now

Frank approached us right away and he didn't waste time to answer all my questions. He is very patient and helpful to transfer everything from my old to new iPhone. I didn't see him rushing to get rid of me since I was asking a lot f questions. He offered me to reach out of him in case I will have more questions to ask later on. Glad that I came to At and T in the mall yesterday.

Patrick & Matt did an amazing job in helping with my upgrade. After the company customer service (phone call) failed in helping, together they helped make a bad experience with customer service on the phone into a positive experience within store. They treated me with the most upmost respect & patience within the lengthy process. They went above & beyond!

My flip phone needed to be replaced, and a new one was mailed to my home. I struggled with the setup, so I took the phone to the AT&T store in Greece Ridge Mall. Zachary Carlson went out of his way to help me out on a Saturday morning. Guess what? If you get a replacement phone through AT&T's insurance provider (the one that is billed to you each month), it does not come with any direct Customer Service....you are expected to figure it out yourself. Zachary went out of his way to help me out, even though I wasn't buying anything, and he wasn't earning any commission by helping me. I just wanted to publicly say how grateful I am for his assistance and kindness.

This is one of the first stores or AT&T stores where the associates were such a great team they work together as well as independently, but always sought the right answer for me. They are very informative and I actually ended up buying extra accessories as well as a TV service ! Frank is my go to and ZAC, Matthew and Patrick as well as 2 other gentleman that work there and have assisted me are always polite and helpful.

Frank was my dude! So happy he was the employee that assisted me. He made everything super easy and also wasn't trying to con me into buying more stuff. He was very personable and joked with my bf and I. Definitely recommend my boy frankie!??

If you plan on getting a new phone or just switching carriers. Highly recommend Matthew! Had a 10/10 experience with the guy. Super nice guy, very friendly, and is very knowledgeable on the electronics. Everything you look for in a sales rep!

I lost $23 because of your auto pay...I have been having issues with it for a very very long time and the representatives can't do much because of AT&T not given the necessary tools to solve the problem and today I lost my money because there isn't any reimbursement. I paid my bill ahead of auto pay and because auto pay when in to get the money out and couldn't, disconnected my service on a Sunday when they are closed and to restore the service...I was forced to pay $20 plus taxes more to have my service restore. The system wanted me to pay my regular amount instead of my discount whilestill enrolled on auto pay

Friend needed help with her new phone. AT&T were very helpful .
