Bought a battery one year ago, it died so I went to replace it under the warranty only to find that it was never logged. To top it off I called the store prior to arriving asking if they had the battery and if it could be installed to which they confirmed both. I made it clear that if I drive there and shut the car off it will not start again. Once I get there and buy the battery that should have been free in the first place some older man comes out from the back scolding me for asking them to install it. He claimed they don’t install them in the dark (it was dark when I called so why wasn’t I told this over the phone?). When asked if this was a corporate policy they said no they just don’t like to do it. A man who had started that day offered to attempt which I was very uncomfortable with. I ended up getting my car to start and left without my new battery installed. All around a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

I came to this store asking for help and the 2 store workers did not want to help me, using the excuse that they were just working while the store was empty without any customers.

So slow people works here because I’m in to buy some brakes and rotors but no one show up front desk is empty they look at me but they walk away so bad experienced I never come here anymore

Store # 2927390 Spencerport RoadI went there with the intent of purchasing a new battery for my mother's car which I drove up from Florida to Rochester over this past weekend. I inquired about a new battery and to have them look into as to why my check engine light was on. I was met by Andrew and Camden, who where very friendly, cordial and professional. Mair M. (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the gentleman who performed the check engine diagnostic and told me it was an issue with my gas cap. He also performed a battery check and it came out that the battery was just fine. I then asked about new low beam headlights. Mair was extremely knowledgeable and personable and provided me the best service I've ever had at any auto store. And I'm 52 years of age, so I've been in and out of them for a while now. Mair changed out my low beam lights, and was done within about 5 minutes. I am huge customer service person, and Mair epidemies the pinnacle of customer service excellence. He is the type of person that any company needs to hire, I know I wish I could. So if you're looking for amazing customer service, so see Mair! You won't be disappointed. Absolutely Amazing!
