What a great experience!
I was in need of a new car battery after a very long day of battling with my car.
I went to AutoZone completely frustrated, and spoke with Alex. He got me the exact battery I needed, and explained about warranties, the battery life and even tested my old battery. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! The store was also well maintained and clean. I will definitely be using this AutoZone for life. I highly recommend, the people who work here really know their stuff!

This review is specifically for Store Manager Crystal. I have an old 93' Cheyenne dump body. It needs a lot of TLC. So, I have been back and forth multiple times in the past 2 days for parts. I tried going to Advanced Auto, and the customer service was atrocious. Crystal has been professional, kind, patient, informative, and all-around wonderful to work with. As a small business owner, I look for character over knowledge in employees. Crystal would be hired by me in a second. I watched her under pressure of a busy store while trying to get my multiple part orders delegated to other workers. Everyone can have a bad day, but Crystal made my bad day better. She should be rewarded with accolades and monetary bonuses for her consistency and great, refreshing, and rare customer service in today's climate. ????????????????

Disappointing Experience at AutoZone
I recently visited AutoZone and had a disappointing experience. It seemed like every time I visited, there were new faces, which made it difficult to get consistent service. Many of the staff members lacked knowledge about the products and services offered.
Another issue I encountered was regarding my lifetime warranty on a previously purchased item. Despite providing all the necessary information, the staff was unable to locate my warranty in their system, leading to a frustrating and time-consuming experience.
When I tried to seek help from customer service, I found that they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was disappointing to receive such poor customer service, especially when dealing with an issue as important as a warranty claim.
My experience at AutoZone was disappointing due to the constant turnover of staff, lack of knowledge among staff members, inability to locate my warranty, and unhelpful customer service. I hope that AutoZone can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

Willie Baker helped me out a great deal testing and recharging my battery on a cold morning. It is a service they provide however, it should be noted that IMO that's above and beyond great customer service. Willie was professional and humorous (a plus in my book)! I would have used a AAA call for this but I was in the plaza anyway.REMEMBER pay it forward to places like Autozone who offer many services free of charge, and remember to pay it forward to folks like Willie who perform their job with these customer perks included with a smile!
