im a customerwas sent wrong itemwas told i need to send picture of label on bag - i didthen was told i need to send picture proving item is size it says on labelthen was told i either have to pay for return shippingor drive to ups store with printed label for their error im 45 mins from a ups store and dont drive ( another 25$ out of pocket for my neighbor to take me there )not interested in being treated like an animal

This is a family-owned business and I've got to tell you their customer service is out-of-this-world great. Their products are amazing and they are very very helpful. They have everything but the kitchen sink pretty much you really need to check it out

Their website made it easy to figure out what I needed for vinyl album storage. Best of all they shipped right away, and the product is really high quality! Very reasonable price for the service and product. They included some literature to figure things out with contact info. Can't go wrong with them!

I've been buying the LP protection items for years. Never any issue, great quality. Recently I had a payment problem purchasing online and without me contacting them, they reached out to me! So now I'm adding top notch customer service to my 5 star review.

Sent item (2 boxes) without the instructions on how to assemble. Item was defective and we had a multi-email conversation, including photos, during which they denied item was defective. I kept telling them that two of the creases that are supposed to be folded can’t be folded. On both boxes. They refused to accept a return because I had tried to put one of the boxes together. $50 for junk I have to throw in the trash. Even if they had refunded my money, this would have been a very frustrating experience.

Totally disappointed in the customer service of this company. They sent my package to the wrong address twice. I had to backtrack and go to the owners of the address, apologize and get my package. There was one item backordered. I made sure to correct the address in the system for the backorder. Apparently their system does not update addresses online. The backorder also went to the wrong address. Got the notice of shipment email after 1:00 pm on Friday and immediately called. They were closed and left a message. I also sent an email. Finally Monday afternoon I get a call after the backorder is on its way that there is nothing they can do. They are sorry it happened. My only option is to personally pay UPS $20 to redirect the package to the correct address. That is more than the items ordered cost.If you decide to use this company, heed the advice of customer service representative and always call and place the order on the phone and not online. Unfortunately they have reduced phone times and weekday only.
