    I remember years ago when I was 18 and the black lady there was very rude and nasty and heavy set & I wanted to move there so bad and never heard anything back and now that RCP has it its a no go for me

    Nice location close to Park Ave. Neighbors are quiet and decent people. However, Rushmore Management is utterly incompetent. They will not return your calls or emails EVER, even for urgent maintenance requests or important administrative matters. Customer service is their last priority.
