Absolutely fantastic service and very quick! Had a small problem with my computer that I was able to bring my computer in for the same day! Left a voice mail and got a call back from Jason within about 20 minutes to stop in before the store closed. Fantastic service when I arrived, helped me carry the tower in and just overall very kind and genuinely nice help inside the store. Thank you so much! Will be coming here again with any future computer issues!

I added more RAM to my laptop and guess what, no power. Oops. What did I do? Checked my work again and covered my laptop and hit power. No Power. Motherboard? Took my computer to BBS and a couple of hours later Dave called me back and said it was not the motherboard but he needed to check further. 2 more hours he called again and said he found the problem, 99.9% sure. I just picked it up and all is well. I definitely recommend Dave and BBS can solve your computer issue.

Their pricing is reasonable however the customer service is absolutely out standing. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them as 20! Dave is the tech that helped me with service above and beyond. I would not hesitate to use them again.

was looking for a shop to have my graphics card in my pc swapped out with a newer model card (card inside was a rtx 3080, was swapping it out with a 4070) .me and my mom entered the store and he told us it should be done either today or monday after the weekend passed... all was well so far. up until we asked for a receipt ... my mom also asked does the receipt have any indication of a serial number of the pc and parts we dropped off...after she asked this the person working the counter ripped up the small sheet of paper he was filling out, threw his hands into the air and told us to leave immediately .... my 60 year old mother broke into tears begging him to still install the new part and he ordered us to leave the store...was refered here by a family friend and will not be returning.... did not expect him to flip out like this due to these simple questions... considering i was easily dropping off close to 3 grand in computer parts including a new graphics card from amazon, considering he DIDNT give us a receipt until we asked for one

I had taken my computer and printer into BBS to get them to talk to each other so I could print from my computer. Found out they had gotten it to work but it was through there office WIFI. In order to get it to work directly I had to take it home and Dave connected remotely to it and did a great job of getting it to work. In September 2022 I took my laptop back in to have it cleaned of viruses and any malware which they did. I didn't need to print anything for a couple of months but when I tried to print some stuff it did not work so I called and asked for Dave to call me back and gave my phone number but I never got a call back. I waited about a month and called back and spock to another tech and told him I need to talk to Dave. He said he would leave a note for Dave to call me. He never called then I got tied up with the holidays and winter until I needed to do my taxes and needed my printer. I have called again and can't get to a person. Paul

I was very happy with the service. It’s simple…he told me how long it would take to diagnose the problem and did so within that time frame. All of my options were presented to me and a reasonable price was given. I’m bringing all my tech needs to BBS in the future.

Went in to see about getting my Desktop checked on and was told I couldn't be in the store with my KN95 mask on. I'm severely immunocompromised and need to where it when I am out and about. Looks like I won't be bringing any business here as I have several items to be looked at.

I took my HP laptop of less than a year to BBS Tech for repair when it suddenly went black screen on me. I was told that first time clients are not charged for repair diagnosis and that they would get back to me once they gave it a checkup. I was notified the very next day that my PC was not able to be repaired and why. As busy as they were, they made time to take care of my needs with no charge. I was relieved that I was given an honest appraisal and also given some advice on buying my replacement laptop. I was very impressed with the honesty and expertise having been highly recommended to me from a friend that used them. I now have a place that I feel comfortable taking my technology to because of their integrity and honesty. As a woman with less than advanced technology knowledge, I have a computer repair business that I trust and respect and that is very important to me.
