Best customer experience at one of the best electronic stores in NY!

Worst experience ever no wonder they are struggling. Called ordered lorcana cards through phone and paid. Got to store they hadn't had any in a month. They were like oh inventory was wrong. We can purchase them from another location and you can pick them up. I had them call the other store to confirm they had them. The store said yes. Drove out there the next day they hadn't had them in a month. All managers and customer service brushed me off. I hadto pay 2 times for cards they never had in stock. Refund took 6 days due to it also being processed wrong. If I could give negative stars I would.

I made an appointment online to demo a rowing machine. After my appointment was set I received a confirmation. I attempted to try to call the store to make sure they actually had the rower on display to demo. The customer service line claimed that they couldn't confirm if the store actually had it. I visited the Best Buy near my home and asked if they could call the Henrietta location. They told that they were unable to contact another Best Buy store. I find it odd that stores are unable to call each other. Anyway the associate said that she is sure Henrietta would have it otherwise I wouldn't be able to schedule the appointment for the demo. Anyway, I ended up driving 70 miles to the Henrietta Best Buy only for them to tell me once I was there that they did not have it. Why would you let people schedule appointments for something you don't have!? Furthermore, if you collect my info for an appointment why not call me before I come to say you have nothing for me to demo. Horrible customer service and its ridiculous that your stores cannot contact each other. And equally ridiculous that I cannot call a story directly instead of being sent to a call center to talk to people who have nothing to offer.

Purchased a new laptop and requested data be transferred from my old laptop to the new one. Request was carried out expediently by friendly in-store Geek Squad members. Setting appointments for Geek Squad services helps customers get waited on swiftly.

I dealt with an employee that was apathetic and not helpful. I asked if he could walk over and show me where something is and he just pointed and and said it'd be over there.
