I don't like the workers here not so helpful, but I like to shop here because sometimes have lots of clearance furniture that is not too expensive.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Big Lots since they opened and today was the LAST time I will step foot in a Big Lots store. I received an email at 8:14 this morning with a coupon code for $15 off of $75 at 11:40 was cashing out an entire cart full of items. The code wasn’t working and after dealing with a less-than-kind cashier, she called the assistant manager. After an “F” bomb loud enough for me to hear (about another issue), she wasn’t able to help either. Then a call to Thomas, store manager. I assumed a store manager would be able to assist or override the issue that is obviously a Big Lots problem. Nope. “You have to call Big Lots customer service”. Wow. Now it’s MY problem that THEIR code in THEIR store doesn’t work”. Never again.

I needed dog treats and stopped by because it was easier than going to other stores. I found the treats at a very reasonable price. I also found some very inexpensive Christmas lights. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Do NOT go to this store! I ordered a couch that was in stock for delivery. Spoke to the furniture and store manager to make sure that it was (1) in stock and (2) able to be delivered. I ordered the couch and paid EXTRA for next-day delivery.
The couch never showed up. I spoke with the furniture manager, store manager, and corporate, and was told to be patient because of moving company shortages. A few weeks later a middle- man called me to "confirm my order cancelation." He was contracted with Big Lots to find furnitire delieverers. He had sent MULTIPLE moving companies to pick up my couch from the Henrietta Big Lots and they were rejected each time. The Henrietta Big Lots got tired of this and just CANCELLED my furniture order because the movers were charging too much. I denied the cancelation and called the store who hung up on me.
My couch showed up THAT night - a whole month late - at 9 PM with NO warning.
When I went to the store the next day the furniture manager was nowhere to be found. The store manager told me that they couldn't have rejected the movers because they never had an order from me. He offered me a 'bonus coupon' for my next furniture purchase.
This store, it's furniture manager, and its store manager are horrible, dishonest, and cheap liars. Do not buy from here.
* Yes, I have contacted corporate. They haven't done a single thing and they won't get back with me.
* Yes, I did try to cancel my order. The website always froze when I tried to. I even called corporate who was no help. I even called another Big Lots. That store manager looked my order up and said that there was something odd with it. He tried to transfer it to his store so he could delieverer it for me, but the system wouldn't let him.

Nice selection of Home Goods and seasonal items. I must say that their food/ grocery department was a little sparse and overpriced

Very clean store The employees are always nice . If you look around you can find good deals.
