This has been a total waist of my time and money will never order from this store again. I paid 18.00 for a 7.00 stocking to be shipped from Greece NY store to my home in Canandaigua. I had to keep reaching out to see where my order was 5 days in just to be told it would take 7 to 10 days for anything an email or my order when the delivery date was 5 days after I ordered it then on day 7 I get an email saying my order was cancelled for unable to fill 1 or more items when all I ordered was one thing. Then the email says nothing about getting a refund for my cancelled order. Very unsatisfied.

I Grew Up My Greece My Entire Life .Its A Shame What Its Became.I Had A Dark Skin Lady With Thin To No Edges Who Wears Her Hair In A Lil Ponytail ,a mask on her face Follow Me ,My Daughter Thru The Entire Store.It Was Unpleasant To Shop There.I Was Just Exchanging My Daughters Toppers To Get The Correct One..The Cashier Ask Me To Go Get The One I Wanted So I Wasn’t Sure The Inch’s So Got Three Of Them For Help…When I Say I Couldn’t Get Any Assistance Until I Pick Up The Toppers ..Thts When The Manager With The Thin Edges Started To Follow Us .Ill Never Enter There Store Again.Ill Be Reporting My Experience To Corporate In The Morning.I Couldn’t Get Any Help Until She assume We Where Taking Something After Following Us Thru The Store …I Honestly Think Greece Needs To Do Better ,Assist With Better Customer Service..

Adam in Furniture is great!! Very straightforward, direct and to the point. Adam directly lead to a sale of a sectional couch. He helped us buy a couch quickly after we had driven to 3 different stores to track down one specific sectional couch.

Wow. Just wow. Where do I begin?
So I entered the store after ordering a mattress for collection two days before via the online Internet. I went into the store and instantly saw a man holding a stack of 9 cans of baked beans. I guess me opening the door shocked him cause he dropped the entire stack and they went everywhere. Before he went to clean them up I asked him about my mattress. He said it'll be right out. So I waited around. This man (named Logan as seen on his name tag) cleaned up the beans poorly before meeting me at the checkout. We stood silently at the checkout for a minute before he went on his phone and started texting. I asked him where my mattress was and he said it's on its way. What? At that stage I said enohgn. I took his phone, dropped it and stomped on it with my strong foot. I yelled at him and the younger generation for never getting anything done!! After my speech everyone clapped.
