Customer service is lacking. I haven't been a fan in years. I purchased my BMW X3 from there years ago. Once the warranty was up I took it elsewhere for servicing. Every time I got my car serviced it seemed like everyone was too busy to assist. My mom owns one too she dropped her car off for service and told the woman she was deaf. I parked the car and went in and the woman was talking to her with her mask on. Mom had no idea she was talking to her. I traveled up to West Herr and got my new car from them. Much better service and attention to detail than I ever experienced in Rochester. Every time I've had to deal with them there's always some crap. For all the money people are shelling out it should not be this way. I don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out. I'm a laid back person. At least greeting people and directing them without pointing and looking over burdened could help. Oh and Rochester has the second highest population of deaf people in the country. Act like it and figure out how to cater to that community. Ughhhh. West Herr is located in Williamsville. Head there.

Car service is good as far as I know but good luck trying to get a hold of an advisor when you have a question. They usually underestimate your costs as well.

I had a very pleasurable experience at BMW. As I was leaving I was approached by one of the servicemen or perhaps salesmen ☺ to assist me with locating my car. He had me wait inside as he proceeded to get my car. He pulled right up opened my door made sure I was fine before closing the door. I wish I knew his name, such a gentlemen. I would definitely revisit this location again.

Salesman. ConnorBought one of the last i3s Rex sent to the USA. They had to swap with another dealership to get out. They did a great job. Patience and perseverance were the key. General Manager got involved when other dealership wasn't responsive.Looking forward to a long BMW experience.

Third try attempting to set up a service appointment. Keep getting put to voicemail and voicemails are not returned. So I guess this review is based on no contact or response versus bad service.Will look for a BMW dealership elsewhere

Picked a suv as my wife's birthday gift here, Connor (sales) were very helpful during whole process and efficient to get everything ready when finally get there to get the purchase. We did enjoy a hassle free experience. Product specialist Evan is quite patient to go over the vehicle details with my wife, finance guy Steve explains all the pay option, maintenance plan and service, Etc.. Everything went very well!

BMW of Rochester will put in 110% to make sure you're taken care of, especially if you have Tyler Cretelle as your salesperson. Tyler goes above and beyond what a normal car salesman does to make sure not only do you get the best price possible for your vehicle, but you get exactly the vehicle you want and don't sacrifice any features, packages, and colors that you want your new car to have. I just bought a brand-new BMW X3 plug-in hybrid (BMW X30e) in metallic black, oyster leather seats, with the full executive package. This vehicle was not available on the BMW of Rochester lot nor could it still be ordered on the BMW website. Here's where Tyler saved the day-- he found another dealer in the country to trade with to make sure I get my perfect, dream vehicle with all of the extras that I wanted and again, not have to sacrifice my choices in how I wanted the car to look, feel, and drive. Not only did he put in the extra effort to get a trade to make my dreams come true, but it was such a quick and easy process! I didn't have to pay a hefty amount extra either. Thank you again to Tyler and BMW of Rochester for my beautiful brand-new X3. There's so many advanced new features on this vehicle, so I will definitely be back. BMW of Rochester provides you with a BMW genius as well, who can walk you through the many computers, gadgets, and features your new BMW will have. I called BMW of Rochester in hopes of buying an SUV, I was greeted via phone by Michael Monello. I told him the car that I wanted to buy and even provided a build number that included everything I needed. Not only did he mess up the build number, he quoted me a lower price via email and when he realized he made a mistake reneged on the offer and sent a new email with a higher price point. Despite this, in hopes of closing the deal I provided a competing offer from another dealer to see if he could match it. It was only after Mike realized that he was not going to get the sale that his demeanor completely changed. Michael texted me from his personal phone (at 8:15 in the evening on a Friday) multiple harassing text messages in a row explaining that there was a verbal offer (which there was not) and how he thinks business should be done. On top of this he sent a very rude "FYI" that he rejected some sort of request from the other dealer that I plan on giving my business to. A simple, "Sorry I can't match that offer" would have sufficed. Do not give your business to this company, shop at another dealer and if you have to go to this dealer DO NOT use Michael Monello as your sales person!UPDATE: The general manager Harley Lentola called me apologizing for the horrendous customer service received from Michael and assured me that this was a one off experience. Given that most of the Yelp reviews are positive I took Harley for his word on this and appreciated that he took the time to try to make things right. If you are looking for a BMW and go to BMW of Rochester, I'm sure you will be in good hands just ask for Harley.

Bought a used 2015 Honda Pilot and within 30 days the alternator went. I called multiple times and the sales rep told me he would return my call with an answer. Still no call back. Buyer beware and find your car elsewhere.
