At first I gave them a 5 star it dropped to a 1 star after I was to upgrade they wanted to charge me $135.00 for an upgrade I call boost mobile got my new phone for $55.00 including tax and free shipping I saved $80.00 I was being scammed .
Better off ordering from them directly.

doesn't even know how to transfer the amount to another phone. and to expensive now I am buying my phone somewhere else to much trouble. never again. I bought a phone for my boyfriend and I am buying my phone in another place

Took my grandson there to turn his phone back on they charged him 110$ to reactivate his service when he gave my his receipt it said 60$ 50$ for his plan and 10$ to reactivate Boost Mobile refused to do anything about it waiting on my credit card company to do something these places are so deceptive!!!! This was at the Lyell Ave store!!

Not an actual boost Mobile store, a gas station. And the people working in there are not knowledgeable about boost Mobile at all

Employee was very patient explaining phones and plans to me. Listened to what I was interested in and looked to find best deal for me. A little hard to find but I would recommend stopping in if you need new cell phone or upgrading.

The customer service was good up until I informed the woman that I wanted to port my number to a new carrier. Then she couldn’t help me with anything and she claimed customer service was going to not be helpful either. She was rude. She closes the store hours earlier than the time on the door. She’s the owner, her professionalism sucks! She’s only interested in a sale. I went back again with an unlocked iphone… again no help, her husband was more informative about my options. He’s next door at the gas station , they also had a phone section inside, where she advised me to meet her because she closed the store 2 hours early as I was pulling up. But altogether I’m good on their boost store. Anywhere else but here !!!! ????????
