We made the trip today as a group of 4. We were greated at the door by Marie and then shortley after by Mike. All the staff was fantastic and so helpful! We had an amazing experience and we will be back!!!

Boot Barn has everything you’d need for western boots (fashion and work) and clothes. We were greeted right away and after some looking around, we found the perfect fit. Everyone was friendly and the place was welcoming. We’ll be returning again soon!

A young lady named Tara was kind enough to help me get my right size on a hat, it was for a special function we were having. I finally decided on a saratelli Pecos, what an awesome hat. I appreciate the customer care I was given. I tell all my friends to shop there. I'm definitely going back for one of those good looking cowboy boots.

It's alright, but we were looking for collared button down shirts for Rodeo. The mens selection is HUGE 9 or more racks. However the women's selection was a whopping 1.5 racks. We drove an hour to get here. I am really disappointed in the selection of authentic women's western wear. The tops were mostly what you'd wear out to the bar, and not for those who actually ride.

Maddy and Ashley gave us EXCEPTIONAL service!! Took the time to help both me and my boyfriend find the perfect pair of boots and made our first time at Boot Barn an amazing experience :)

Visited today looking for some bootcut work jeans / ripstop pants if possible, very nice store smells of the leather from the boots, but whole 20 mins there browsing never greeted, or asked if i needed help or was finding everything ok. Not a store for us taller folk. Will have to stick online order.
Will come back later for a better fit in boots when needed.

This place is alright. I went it and was greeted immediately, which I thought was awesome. But it stopped there. I wondered around looking for boots, finally had to ask someone where my size was. They took me to the area and left. I think I'll stick with my normal western wear store where they stay with me the whole time and make sure I get the right fit.
