The cashier was on her personal phone talking with ear plugs the whole time with no engagement of me or other costumer's. The personal hygiene was so bad my friend had to walk away.

Had the security guy once ask what’s in my shopping bag when I was walking IN, hella weird 💀 he must of thought I looked younger than I am but still weird.

Great bargains but service was HORRIBLE. Only 1 cashier, when there were plenty of other employees around and only one dressing room open!!! Bargains easy to find but actually trying to obtain them is like ordering something from China!!!!!

Place has really gone down hill in the past year. Was always my go to for big and tall but now the selection is terrible, let’s also not forget that you have to wait for security to check everything now after you waited in line forever because of only having 1 cashier. It is 90 damn degrees today but big n tall only has pants and hoodies. Don’t waste your time here, just go to JCPenney.com for big and tall, they have shorts all year round 🙄

This Burlington is always watered apart from that, now they have put the rule that I do not know where it says it because in privacy it does not say that you have to give a purchase receipt to the security one. Gentlemen, we are not all thieves, do not look at everyone the same.

I loved it. Now you have to wait for the security guard to sign your receipt. First, that's illegal, and second, it's not their policy. The time I went there, I was in a hurry. I went quickly. I had to wait for security to sign my receipt. Why?
