Best experience I've ever had with any sort of auto body shop. Not only was my car done sooner than expected but I loved how I was kept in contact every single step of the way and how easy they made everything. Kevin is honestly the best and I'm so grateful for him. I will definitely be coming back in the future and suggesting everyone that I know to come here as well. Thanks again!

The staff was kind and a pleasure to work with, communication was clear and straight forward (loved the text updates on my car), and the repairs were done quickly and without any issues. Kevin was awesome and made sure I understood step by step what was going on and assisted me with getting my rental booked and called the shuttle for me. Overall great experience and I highly recommend them! Thank you!

I hit a mile marker on the highway and had some damage to my 2 year old car. I chose caliber based on reviews and their Henrietta location was closest to me. They had the car for close to 2 weeks and when I got it back it looked great. Upon closer inspection after I left the shop, I found some things not quite put together right. I brought it back and pointed them out and they fixed one or two on the spot and we scheduled a time to do the rest. They wound up replacing some parts that didn't fit right and it fixed the problem! Rob, Kevin, and Emmy were great at helping me correct the issues and I had a great experience with them. Thank you Caliber!

I recently moved to Rochester and not even two weeks afterwards, my Hyundai (classic) got broken into. They tried hotwiring it & broke my back window and took apart the entire front wheel area, as well as my door handle. Kevin helped me and walked me through everything, he was super transparent and broke things down for me, updated me daily, had it ready sooner than the estimated time, and did an amazing job. He was patient and kind as I couldnt get a ride to the shop, and even offered me one on multiple occasions. Everyone there was extremely kind and the work performed was outstanding. This is definitely the only place i would go to from now on. I definitely agree with the high ratings. Thank you!

I’m am so glad I went to Caliber Collision for repairs needed when I got my car back after it was stolen. The courtesy, convenience, kindness, and good old superior customer service were far beyond my belief. You just don’t see that kind of good ole customer service anymore and communication was great. Everything was finished as promised and my car looked better when I picked it up. than when it was stolen, I recommend caliber collision bodywork vehicle.

Caliper Collision was so helpful and friendly! We had a leaking emergency while traveling and Sherrie was the only auto body place that would even listen to us! She had us stop in and Rob said they could fix it. The technician knew exactly what to do. Took less than an hour and we were back on the road (with local recommendations to visit)! We highly recommend Caliper Collision if you have a body shop need!

My vehicle was scratched really bad by someone while parked and I went through my insurance and chose this location and I'm glad I did after reading the reviews. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin that works there and he made sure my vehicle was set and good to go. The workers there had good customer service. Kevin made sure that I had the right phone number to reach out to the rental company and who picked me up from there and they took care of the rental upon return. Upon seeing my vehicle you couldn't tell there was any scratch to begin with. I am overall pleased with the experience. Thanks again kevin.

We had a great experience! Repairs were amazing down to smallest detail. Courtesy service for rental vehicle and return of rental! Would highly recommend to friends and family! Our vehicle was done early and they kept us informed of repairs regularly!
