I had a wonderful experience working with Carter Exteriors! Had our old gutters replaced with 6" seamless by Carters team - Austin was a pleasure to work with and the guys who came to my property to do the work were excellent! The new gutters have made SUCH a difference already!

I would highly recommend Carter Roofing & Exteriors. They were professional, caring, reliable, and helpful throughout our process. They were consistently present when answering our questions when dealing with our insurance company. I felt like we were a priority and a valued customer. The actual work that was done on our roof was great! Thank you to the whole crew who not only took care of our roof, but our family. You reestablished safety and comfort for our young kids and for that, I'm very grateful.

Carter Exteriors was recommended to us by a friend when we experienced some roof damage due to a storm. From the first phone call we made to the completion of the job, we felt we were in excellent hands and were taken care of. The Carter Exteriors team is amazing and if I could give 10 stars I would. Started off fantastic helping us with insurance but did not follow through. The crew took off the roof before taking pictures to show the ice shield that was present on the old roof. It was hard to get a hold of the owner as he was always on vacation. Took months to get the leftover materials out of our driveway.

Carter Exterior replaced all our windows, front door, and siding and wrapped the front porch posts. They made everything I pictured in my head become a reality. Our house looks incredible. We are so pleased with the work that was done and enjoyed working with the whole team.

I recently had a roof replacement and experienced nothing but great service all around ! From the initial info / estimate , right through installation and cleanup . The final product looks great and the attention to detail is superb . Austin (Carter) even came out to check on progress at the end of the day and answer any questions or concerns I had .After 5 estimates from other well known roofers (Cameron, Stellar, Summit, etc.) I finally chose Carter and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Carter exteriors was amazing to work with. From our first consultation to finished product. Any concerns were addressed immediately and they did a phenominal job. The house looks amazing, and they replaced doors and outdoor railings on top of just doing the siding. We are very pleased with how professional and timely everything was done. Jim the GM was phenominal, Austin the owner was on top of his game, Sean and his crew were the installers and some of the nicest professionals in their profession, and Aaron who we did our consultation with really understood our needs and wants. Overall a great team of individuals that I will defenitely use again in future remodeling projects and refer friends and neighbors to.

I reached out to Carter Exteriors after discovering a pretty bad leak in my roof and they provided me with a quote the next day. After assessing the leak it was determined that I needed a full new roof which was in line with what the other companies I talked to said. Aaron was very easy to work with and explained the quote to my satisfaction. Price was in line with the 2 other companies I got quotes from and the quality so far has been excellent. Carter Roofing & Exteriors replaced the roof on our house at the end of October, 2022.The crew was friendly and efficient!Cleanup was excellent!They did the work in about 3 days and the roof really looks nice.We had a minor snafu with a strange part of the roof and Jim fixed it up right away.This is a very professional group to work with and I will call them again when it is time to do the garage. Two thumbs up.

Great job by Austin and the team!!We have a big old house in the country, with half of the roof still in cedar shingles, so a pretty large job... Carter's team worked quickly and efficiently, under some challenging circumstances including a stiff wind and some snow!We have a bit of exterior carpentry work still to do, and will have the team back in the spring time to wrap that up.

Great experience and work well done. Insurance experts, Carter worked with my insurance company and was able to get 30x of what the insurance company was offering for repairs.
