I accumulated about 20+ boxes of old bills, mail, banking info, Etc. that I stored in my attic. I called the National companies located around the Rochester, NY area for document shredding, and they wanted between $229 to $299 to shred my documents. I spoke to Jamie, the opts. mgr. and he was very cordial, and quoted me the price for a plastic trash container size that was under $50, inclusive of tax! Plus, the staff was very friendly (Darren), and they had easy access into their facility to drop off my boxes. Please support a locally owned Rochester business. Great job!

These folks were fantastic. We had asked for a mobile shredder, and the guy called me and said if I came in with my 4 boxes it would be less expensive. We were in and out in 5 minutes, and appreciate the service.

After having a terrible time with Shred-It for years and having constant mix ups with them our company was in a pinch with confidential documents lying around needing to be shredded. I contacted Certified Document Destruction and 1) spoke to a real person after less than two whole rings! 2) Only had to speak to that ONE person to get everything set up!! and 3) they were able to accommodate us and be at our business in just two days with the right equipment understanding exactly what we were looking for! The whole process was so smooth, simple, painless, and perfect! They called before arrival and did a wonderful job!
