Its not really a bubble tea shop. Its just Hibachi Sushi Grill selling bubble tea. Don't go to the stated address because its not there. I got the chai milk tea. The boba was kind of hard, but the tea was milky and not watered down like some other places. Not sure it was worth the $3.85 though...
