We stopped in and asked them to take a look as we were hearing a louder than normal sound from the muffler. We figured we would have to make an appointment but they put our car on the lift and said it would be an easy fix. They took care of the problem and we were on our way!! A shout out to Mike! Honest and fair! We will definitely return if the need arises!!

They stole the car sink out of my dad’s car when they worked on it. It no longer on my Bluetooth even though it always connects itself. I thought maybe it reset, so I went into the menu. There’s no option to add my phone anymore or any phone for that matter. This was during one of the multiple times that my dad had to go back because his brake lights were perpetually permanently on. I called to speak with someone or leave a voicemail. It just rang and rang. Don’t go here. They are crooks.

I had stopped going there because of sub-par service!I needed muffler work....so I went to them on a whim!...MIKE gave me such superb customer service I do NOW recommend this location. In a time of Concern and stress Mike's humor and ability to provide a level of comfort came second to none. Thank you To Mike and the team!??

About the middle of November I brought my car to Cole Muffler as my mechanic was closed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Explained to Donna at the counter and then Charles the Manager what was wrong with my car and could they check issues out.I knew that my car needed exhaust work but the front end was questionable even though it had pass State Inspection 3 weeks earlier. Charle's crew found the problems almost immediately. The estimated cost of repairs unfortunately were beyond my means.I explained that funds were extremely tight due to loosing my spouse at the end of May to Stage 4 Cancer and therefore my only option was to do partial repairs and hope they would hold for now.Donna and Charles reworked the estimate to a more manageable amount that I could pay. I picked up the car the next day and believe me when I say it drove like it was brand new.I want to thank everyone at Cole Muffler for the incredible service to my vehicle and my situation.Charles and Donna have a customer for life. I would recommend them (and have) as a place to bring your vehicle for minor or major repairs. You truly will not regret it.Thank You,F.J. Hayden-LarsonGreece, New York

Not the best mechanics.Forget muffler hanger which cracks exhaust and nothing but issues and a hack job.Looks at me like its my fault never would have this situation if the muffler was properly supported.How do you forget a hanger
