the corner store serve a lot of stuff now smoke shop needs and many more. Also they been serving hot food cold foods more. more supplies has been put on the store and many more items- healthy food and cold drinks as well awesome people.

Prices are insane. $3 for an avocado . almost $8 for 16oz boz of strawberries. basically, anything that isn’t processed is way too overpriced. Mostly everything in there is junk food anyway, so don’t go in there expecting to find foods that’ll keep you in shape.

The prices are INSANE! It’s like $6 for a normal size box of cereal. But other than that the people are nice and they have good service.

Obviously under new management. This store charges .50 to use a debit or credit card on top of the tax they charge if your purchase is under $5. Dont get me wrong I understand it may cost them. But come on. .50 cents plus state tax AND the tax they charge 55cents. For a 99cents a black and mild Jazz at the store is $1.55? I'm sorry, there is no way that's legal. Anything bought under $5 on debit has a 55cent tax. I use debit and credit cards everywhere and I've NEVER been charged so much. I've seen them charge customers different prices higher prices than what's posted. Most of the items dont have pricing on the so they can charge you 100-400% more. Unfortunately this is the closest local store that I can go to since I dont drive, yet, but weather permitted I will ride my bike to a further store. They have a lot of unhappy customers which is probably why one of their window was smashed out .....I DO NOT CONDONE VIOLENCE OR DAMAGING SOMEONE PROPERTY AT ALL, but I guess karma is a b**** after all. They do not give you itemized receipts for a reason. Think about it. Why wouldn't they?

Perfectly good convenience store with surprisingly tasty pizza. Owner seems like nice, hard-working dude and either him or his sons seem to always be there No beer though and that kinda stinks. Get your beer license back and I will update to 5 stars!

Ventured to this little store for the first time ever this weekend, has a solid selection of things you might need to pick up quick. They didn't have solo cups which was one of the 2 things we needed which sucked, they had these little plastic cups (which weren't going to work for the very adult games we were playing in the backyard). So we improvised and played different adult games. Service was good, it was clean inside, I am sure I will venture back here when I (we) need something quick at one of our parties in the area.

Clean up the trash!! When I first moved to the neighborhood the Corner Store was one of the main attractions! Friendly, great vegan wraps, interesting beer selections, even bananas. Mostly they were a good neighbor and kept their 'yard' free from trash. The new owner would benefit from a walk around the property to see what potential customers see and possibly what keeps us away - the Upton Park side is full of trash, even a baby diaper which has been there for weeks. It does not compel me to want to shop inside regardless of its' convenience.

Definitpy doesn't meet health standards. There are still particles of food on the "clean" cups that come out. Thank goodness they are glass so you can see the grime.

Lines are insane and employees are slower than even imaginable. Would almost be quicker to hire a 6 year old. Don't go here.
