They carry most everything you'd expect, but half of it is behind locked doors that only customer service can open, and they only ever have at most 2 working in the store at a time. Prepare to wait up to half an hour for someone to unlock the deoderant sticks. Remarkably poor management and poor prices, but they're the only game in the college town area

Absolutely horrible customer service. They fail to tell me my med is out of stock, they tell me when to pick it up, they never let me know they didn't get it, then when I go to pick it up they don't have it and yell at me for trying to figure out how I could have done this differently so I have my med. I do not appreciate being yelled at. I have done nothing to deserve that. You fail to have systems in place to ensure that you can fill a med, then you don't communicate, and now I am being yelled at? I was told it slipped through the cracks, but this happens every month. You should be ashamed.

Horrible service. I went in twice in the day once in the morning when they opened and asked if my medication was ready to picked up as it should’ve since my healthcare provider told me so , however , the lady said they had to order it and it should
Be here around 3-4pm. I went in again at 3pm and waited an hour and another lady told me that they had to check it in and they would send a text message once it’s ready . This is horrible service , especially for people who actually need the prescription otherwise they’re suffering .

I bought several gift cards and the instacart 50.$ one has an invalid code neither cvs or instacart seem to have a solution.

I had a goid time at CVS. The cashier was awesome. He was playful made me feel special got me all checked out. He even made sure I used all the coupons to help me save even more. One of the best times I've had shopping in awhile.

Had a prescription sent to this pharmacy. Went to pick it up and was told they didn't have the medication in stock. Long story short had it transferred to another pharmacy who screwed up their records and didn't have record of the transfer. When I returned to CVS the next day to confirm the transfer I learned they had the medication all along and it had been ready for pickup when I went the day before. They lied, told me the medication was on backorder, and sent me on a goose chase for my meds. First and last time I ever use this pharmacy.

They were terrible. I went there to get my kids test covid earned by their insurance and they kept saying that they don't know how to bill this. I showed them the screenshot of the website where it was saying that they have their covid test cover by their insurance, because in the first moment they were not believing at me. I talked with the responsible pharmacist and EVEN she doesn't know how to do, and she kept saying how could I bill for this. "Dude, how could I know, I'm not the one is working as a pharmacist in a drugstore." The fact is they don't care at all, they work suppose to help people, but they don't care. It shouldn't be my problem the fact that they don't know how to do their jobs!

Terrible wait time for phone calls! Trying to transfer my prescription from Walgreens to CVS but every time I call to ask why is it taking so long to transfer I'm on hold for over 25 minutes on 4 different calls. I end up hanging up. I have other things to do. What do they only have one person work behind the counter here?

I have panic disorder with agoraphobia. I get my medicine here. Today they decided they wouldn’t answer the phones all day without informing any calling customers. In total I was on hold for 55 minutes in 3 separate calls and never got through. Script was supposed to be ready at 2:46pm, then 4:46 pm. I had to drive here at 5pm to be told that it might be done in 30 minutes “maybe”, and that they are short on people so they aren’t answering the phones. For a person with panic disorder and severe agoraphobia this is ridiculous in my opinion. This pharmacy seems to be getting worse by the week. I not only need the medicine for the morning, but having to try calling all day to get no answers all day and be left in complete uncertainty since noon caused me to have a panic attack. Ya. Going to switch next time I speak to my doctor. No thanks.

So before coming to the store I noticed I had a $4 coupon that I could use but my phone was acting up so when I got to the store looked around found what I was looking for then told the cashier about the coupon issue i was having so she put in my number but it wasn't coming up so I said never mind that's okay then the cashier says you sure you don't have another number that you could use to get your coupon so I said you can try my old number it could be under that one and it surely was yes got to use my $4 coupon and also my phone number was updated yes I was so grateful for everything and glad we stop in Thank you ?

Extremely rude. Was told to wait 20 minutes for my medications, which I opted to. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked how much longer I would have to wait and was told another 15 minutes because they did not have my medication. If you did not have my medication to begin with, start with that so I could go to a different location to try. After finding this out, I told them I could not wait longer, to which they replied "Goodbye".
