I have had more bad visits to the pharmacy in 3 months then I've ever had in my life. I was looking for cameras to come out and say it's reality tv. I really don't see them doing much better but giving one more chance

The pharmacy staff at the CVS Chili Ave was exceptional with assisting my mother in obtaining additional medications due to an unforeseen delay in return home. A special shout-out to Emily!!

Went there to grab a specific losanges. I am glad I was able to find it since it wasn't in stock in Walgreens and Walmart pharmacy but to my surprise it was almost double the price for which it is sold in walgreens and Riteaid for which I was really surprised. The store is well kept and the staff is friendly.

Pharmacist is rude and not helpful. You can tell she doesn't like her job. I would go to Walgreen's.

Well stocked, but nearly every aisle was cluttered with products to be put away.

This was mine and my boyfriends go-to CVS. Today was not a great experience though and I hope the manager reads this. My boyfriend went in to return a bottle of vitamins that the doctor said he shouldn't use, and suggested a different vitamin. We threw out the receipt a week or so ago because we had only bought those and some candy. The young girl working today, Gisela, told him that she can't return the SEALED vitamins without a receipt because of the Corona virus issue. I think that's absolutely ridiculous because it's one bottle of unused vitamins, not like my boyfriend rolled up with 4 bags of toilet paper or cleaning product to return or a product of high value with no receipt. He just wanted to switch them out for different vitamins. What are we supposed to do? Hoard every CVS receipt we get?? CVS is a pharmacy, their main product is vitamins, and they expect you to keep every receipt?? Very unprofessional. She didn't even offer for him to speak to a manager, which was rude. And if SHE was the shift manager on duty, she didn't do a very good job at her job today. She could've easily compromised and let him exchange the vitamins or get a CVS gift card - the money would've been going right back to CVS anyways since he just wanted different ones. Not like he wanted cash back. I used to work for CVS as a shift manager in a different state and I know that there's ways to compromise with a customer when there's no receipt present. CVS no longer has my business, they don't stand behind their policies.
