CVS Phone system is a classic example of a non-functional phone system. It was of no use whatsoever. I was trying to speak to a representative in a CVS Pharmacy inside of Target store, and I had more luck calling Target and having them transfer me to the pharmacy.

I've kept up my prescriptions here despite moving away from henrietta specifically because the staff here are so fantastic. I don't mind the drive!

Google and yelp both let me down here. They both failed to tell me it was IN a maze of roads IN a shopping complex IN a target ALL the way IN it! What I was planning on making a 2 min CVS trip turned into a 20 min ordeal over $3 worth of Tylenol for an already pounding head ache. Short crowded isles in a super busy target. You dodge carts and moms too busy with their phones to parent their children literally running amuck. Then you get to stand in long lines after making your way all the way back through target *sigh* Don't come here unless you have time to kill and need to shop at target too.

Outstanding service and very helpful staff. They help a lot in insurance problems and are unfailingly courteous and helpful. Truly outstanding service !!
