  Went through to get a wash and was sold on their best wash... it wasnt. My car got a basic rinse. The bugs still remained. I would have done a walk around, but unfortunately didn't due to personal physical limitations. The staff were lovely thus the 3 star rating. Wish the wash was better.

  BEWARE—If I could give -100 stars I would. I should’ve listened to the person who told me not to take my vehicle through here the week prior smh BEWARE they gaslight and don’t take accountability for their faulty car wash, tracks and brushes! I’ve had a membership for the past 7 years. I barely used the car wash on my other vehicles and if I did I never stopped at the rags because they scratched up my other 2 vehicles so bad over the years I didn’t want it to happen with another expensive vehicle. FW…I Purchased a 2025 BMW X5 3 weeks prior and took it here to get my FIRST car wash (I should’ve hand washed it). When I was on the track, the track tossed my vehicle side to side and you can literally feel it dragging on something and whatever came in contact with my vehicle I was hoping it didn’t scratch my rims. When it was done, I got out and looked at my rims no scratches but I noticed a scratch at the bottom of my vehicle by the tire. Mind you, it’s real minor, nothing a buff can’t get out. I put in a claim and they denied me. Let’s start here, on the claim they said it was my door, it was NEVER my door RED FLAG. I asked to meet with a district manager they said he would meet me there the next day and how he oversees a few locations and he’ll be there at 12p. They LIED, I never met with a DM I met with a supervisor, another RED FLAG. During the conversation he told me my vehicle got tossed around because it was not as heavy as his. Irrelevant! But since he mentioned that it should be highlighted when they’re selling the memberships. He said they investigated whatever I put on the documents. The only information I put on the tablet is my personal information, whoever took pictures filled in the rest including the damages that happened; a 3rd RED FLAG. Based off that I knew they didn’t investigate thoroughly. Someone should’ve went inside personally and rubbed them brushes down with their bare hands, drove their “lighter vehicle” through the wash and witness being tossed side to side. They said all equipment was working, and nobody else had issues that day. Everyone doesn’t have the same experience and every vehicles isn’t built the same. I’ve witnessed this same delta location cause a whole accident inside the car wash, the wash shut down in the middle of a wash, go pitch black and have us sitting in the dark until it start running again, gas pump 4 barely worked for 2 years it’s just ghetto there. But after this incident they could never get my money again. I immediately canceled my membership, my husbands membership and my mother’s. I’ll be canceling our business vehicle membership as well. Stay away if you love your vehicles, fast trac and bjs gas is better.
