Best place for climate controlled long term storage in Upstate NY. Travelled a couple of hours to use the storage facility which is clean and well maintained. Brought the motorhome in October and pulled it out in April in the same exact condition. Everything started up perfectly. Bringing it back this year. Thank you

The most secure and safe place to store your things. The level of security here is far beyond and other place, with their locks and cameras. Even better is Gus, who is always on site, goes the extra mile to help in any way possible.

Paid rent over phone only to be sent notice of non-payment in the mail. Had to provide bank statement to prove I paid. Needless to say the experience made me move out to a different storage facility. Prices are good though.

Would give TEN stars if I could!!!!These guys are very professional but also have a heart. Was in a very difficult dilemma and they went above and beyond to work with me. Best prices around too! I highly recommend!

They advertise climate controlled storage units. When l went to get my furniture it was all moldyThe owner was rude. He told me it was my fault.???? He told me my furniture was "junk"??? My furniture was in storage for 6 months. Beware single women. Bring and I hate to say this but bring a guy with you!

Best prices around. I needed a 10X20 but none were available. So they gave me two 10x10s for the same price of a 10x20. Great people to work with and friendly when I was on the premises. Deal with confidence!

I have been renting from them for a couple months now and I am more than pleased with my decision to come here. They go above and beyond and storage facility has gone for me in the past. I have been extremely needy to say the least and they keep providing time and time again. Highly recommended!

The owners are great guys. They went above and beyond to help my Mom and me when a last-minute need for storing a car came about! Thank you for everything you did to accommodate and help us. I would highly recommend them.
