Bought a treadmill 4 years ago, two years ago I needed the rollers replaced, took about a month and I had to pay for the tech to come out. Now the rollers are bad and so is the motor (sounds and feels like a freight train), been waiting now for 2 months for the motor, extended warranty tells me it's a manufacturing issue, won't buy my next treadmill at Dicks or extended warranties ever.

Had the best experience in here today with the 3 amazing ladies at the register! They accommodated my special needs getting into the store & took such good care of me. They were all super nice, warm welcoming & very helpful. Best of all my trip was quick & efficient, leaving me to go about the rest of my day. In just a few minutes, they directed me to the items, I picked out the 1's I wanted & was cashed out in quick succession. Please give these 3 awesome ladies a raise! 💰

Do not purchase warranty products from this store or any location for that matter. Was sold a replacement warranty for a product in store. Cashier assured me if anything happens just bring it back with your receipt for a replacement or gift card if item is no longer available. Just got off the phone with management they do not offer replacements beyond 30 days in their store despite any sales pitch given at the time of purchase. What a scheme to get another 25% out of customers that is.

The customer service is on point at this location. I walked through just to get to another store and every employee was asking me if I need any help and greeted me with a friendly smile. I have purchased things in the past from this location and I've never had an issue with their service.

I was pleasantly surprised with such a nice store and nice selection of things. Came looking for women shoes and apparels, especially tennis shoes. Only 2 real offerings for true tennis shoes, and I’m not sure the Nikes really count, but there aren’t that many in the market in general and I’m happy enough with the Prince tennis shoes they had even if a little expensive at $99. Ended up also finding some super cool slip ons and will definitely be back when I need some new running gear and maybe even tennis gear. Also didn’t have a chance to see the whole store (it’s very big and I had other stores to see) so next time will check to see what their lap swimming swimsuit options are.
