My wife and I went to the dealership. Because there is a recall on our air bags, which makes it unsafe for the driver. They said it was not GMC's fault and blamed it on Takata's air bags. No one could help us with a loaner and insurance doesn't cover rentals for recalls. I explain to them that I am a volunteer coach for football basketball baseball. I need to have a safe vehicle for kids to be in. They said I could try to trade it in, so I gave mile vin. (Now 2 years ago at Bob Johnson I was offered 13k for it with 12k less mile than it has now) They offered me 6500. Its a 2014 gmc acadia with only 87k run great with no issues. I take good care of my cars so they last. This issue is out of my control and my family is being punished. I feel taken advantage by Bob Johnson, not appreciated as a customer of GMC, And Takata clearly doesn't care because the recall was issued in May 10th 2023 and it's November. No one even knows Takata's the main one a fault for not fixing it.

One of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made! Tyler was amazing and efficient! Drew in finance worked to find me the best deal and even called back after reviewing my paperwork and told me they found more savings for me. Even 5 hours away from home I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I came in looking for a specific truck. Both Johnna(saleswoman) and Rich(Sales Manager) did everything in their power to make sure I was happy and taken care of. When I found the exact truck I was looking for at another dealership, they went above and beyond to get me into a truck locally until the deal was finalized. When it comes time for another vehicle, Bob Johnson will be the first place I go to.

Routine maintenance and appointment scheduling were good. The other reason that we brought the vehicle in for though (shuttering noise) was not found or fixed yet we noticed it on our way home.

Just wanted to post how wonderful and how happy I am with this business! After going to 2 different west herr dealerships and being told with body language that the salesman didn’t want to do the sale we wound up here with little to no hope! And an hour later we drove off in our dream vehicle! The salesman were honest and helpful and they gave us the price we wanted! This was after west herr said absolutely no dealer would put us in a vehicle because our co-signer had no license which was not true because we have the vehicle of our dreams now! Thank you Bob Johnson! Because of you I didn’t settle for a completely stripped jeep from west herr!

Service Advisor made extra effort to help. Tech left front seat somewhat disarray from looking for wheel lock. Door inside surfaces dirty from hands. Vehicle had a bad odor for the rest of the day and night.

Made the appointment on-line early in the week and got both cars taken care of before the weekend.I was able to wait & enjoyed a cup of coffee while I sat there.Great job.

No will answer the service phone or return a voice mail. I spent $60,000 on a truck that needed service due to part that was not installed correctly and I had to drive to the dealership to get any type of communication on the status of my repairs.

They sold a used car with metal on metal brakes. Test drive was fine, then the first rain fall with the car I started hearing grinding. Took it to a mechanic 2 weeks after purchase and the rear brakes were metal on metal. This place is a joke to begin with. They didn't have the lean for the vehicle and I had to wait another week to purchase it. Who puts a car up for sale without the title on hand? Terrible.

I just want to give a shout out to Dan & the general manager of Bob Johnson’s!Two months ago I took home a 2023 GMC Terrain; I loved the vehicle but it wasn’t equipped with all the features I wanted.Although it was a lot of leg work they took the truck back & found me the exact truck I was looking for!Thank you for all your hard work team Bob Johnson!!

Jack met me as I departed my car, took my coupons, insured he could contact me and told me what to expect on my next visit (rear brakes). Excellent service. Jack is a great employee.

If you are a woman please beware. My daughter purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox and was so pleased with the service and courtesy here that she actually recommended Bob Johnson to me. The car is not working now! it has an electrical problem and when she stops anywhere she has to wait before the car will restart! They obviously saw her coming and sold her a lemon! Very disappointing.

The service personnel are well trained and knowledgeable of my vehicle. They always perform the required services in a timely and competent manner. I acquired 9 vehicles through them over the last 25 years and have not had a single issue with their service.

A+ from this group. Bought my truck from here as an out of state resident (which I don't recommend) HOWEVER - Steve Vieria went above and beyond to help me through the insurance, registration and titling loopholes we needed to get through. He accompanied me on a 4.5 hour drive (9 hours total) to the MA state line and back to oversee registration and titling of my vehicle. If you go to this place - Ask for Steve, hands down.
