I walked into West Herr to a trusted sales person my family had known for years and was sold a vehicle at a monthly payment of $849 by Joe Maura at the Greece location. I was advised that after 6 months they would contact ME to refinance. While I can take accountability for being naive as a first time buyer, it is extremely horrible that the goal is to sell and not care that lies are fed to customers during times where the world is extremely expensive to live in. After several attempts at reaching out, it took me stating that one of my colleagues knows the owner, for me to get a response, and then be told it was my responsibility to find an institution who would refinance me. After having this car for 2 years, he has also done the same to 2 of my relatives. I gave a 1 star because I couldn't do anything less. When people ask where to go for a car, I let them know where not to go.

Jorge Tamayo has been our car salesman since we moved into the Rochester area as well as becoming a friend. Easy to explain our vehicle needs to and attentive to fill the requests, plus find us the best prices to meet our budget. We've recommended him to other friends as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking at trading in a vehicle to upgrade or purchasing a new car to connect with Jorge.

Purchased a new vehicle late yesterday morning from a great salesman, Jorge. Was leaving early afternoon out of town and he made sure the vehicle was ready to go. My second purchase from him. Highly recommend asking for Jorge if you visit this dealership.

Just purchased a new Ram 1500 from West Herr. The process was so easy and pleasant. The sales team listened to our needs and wants and helped us with many different options. This is my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase from West Herr and can’t wait to work with them again the the future. My sales rep (Sabri) was also amazing and made the process very pleasant. Highly recommend this dealership.

Ok so they have had my car for 3 weeks cant figure out what's wrong and it appears they don't have enough staff or skilled mechanics to figure out what's going on with the charger. Nor do they feel it's a priority. MOPAR HELP!

I called and made an appointment try and sell my car. I got a text message asking me to stop by. I gave them my payoff amount and expectation ahead of time. The offer was 26% less than my payoff value. And $800 lower than the lowest trade-in value listed on KBB. A wasted afternoon. I think I am done with West Herr.
