I've been to many Dollar Tree stores in our area. And all stores, businesses have their ups and downs. Nothing is perfect!
But this Dollar Tree at Hudson_Titus seems to be in decline. From getting steady help, inventory organizing, customer courtesy, and overall operation. Don't get me wrong, there are a few good, polite employees, but this store just doesn't make it.
The sad part of this is other Dollar Tree stores are aware of the ongoing problems and its reputation. Recently there was a fire at Speedy Cleaners. Several Fire departments responded. This fire affected a few businesses next to it.

Was here on 08-08-24 at 11 am and the lcheck out line was all the way to the back. The cashier who was an older black woman kept leaving the register to help an elderly man with his phone call to AAA because he locked his keys in his car and someone asked her to call for backup and she said she doesn’t need any help and that people need to be patient. SMDH.. but on the bright side the store is much cleaner and organized than it use to be

Several people in line while one cashier was doing her best to cash people out. When the manger was made aware of the line he stated "she will be all right" and continued to stock instead of helping out. Very unprofessional from management!!!

Great store for gift bags, wrap and cards! I also love the cleaning products, and everything else you might need, check here first before the more expensive consumer options. I wish that they had more employees to shorten the checkout lines, things could be a little more organized also. I stopped in to try to find something for my daughters large amount of earrings. I found 2 items $ 1.25 each (basket & paper towels holder) that would work together to solve the problem, just use some hot glue, spray paint and embellishments to make it pretty!

Rude customer service. Whoever answered the phone was less than hospitable. Had a simple question and was hung up on..twice. Stay away from this store, it's SUPER trashy at best. Ugh

This store is really dirty, disorganized, is disappointing to have a dollar tree in our neighborhood with such a disgusting environment. There is nothing good I can say about the store. I went in and out , my intentions were to buy a few things. I've decided to put them back and just get out of there. I have no idea who managing that store , but that person is doing a poor job or nothing. Shame on them

Hudson-Titus Dollar Tree is dirty, disorganized, under stocked and just an overall mess. Empty shelves with us unpacked boxes in the isles. Anything that is a useful or popular item is missing.Culver-Ridge, Stutson Plaza and Northgate stores are clean, organized and well stocked. The Hudson-Titus store is a waste of time.

Stopped by to get a few greeting cards, and place was busy as usual. This location does a good business, so I can't understand why they never have 2 employees working the register.Halloween ? and Christmas ☃️? decorations are on display. So, get your selections early.Employees in store were working hard and very prompt in helping customers out

Small store with a large selection of goods. Frozen vegetables, sandwich cold cuts and breads, hand tools and cleaning supplies, greeting cards and office supplies, toys and party favorites, mops, brooms and buckets, drycell batteries and button batteries. You can buy a liter of Pepsi or Coca-Cola or even ice cold bottled water. There are vitamins, dental needs, and specialty bath soaps. It's all at an affordable price. Most items are sold for a buck and a quarter. Now and then some items ring up for just a Dollar. The more you shop, the more you save.
