Place is filthy. Parking lot full of trash. Store is somewhat orderly. People are nice.

Most Dollar Trees suck but this one especially. Had to run in for some emergency Christmas cards good selection and bought a few. Place is dirty, sad and parking area looks like a bomb it it even though its a nice area. Avoid.

I come here all the time. This is no longer a dollar tree experience, it is not a 5-Below experience which is very sad to me. The Store is very dirty. They leave many items and boxes on the foor blocking 2-way walking traffic. The fridge and freezer doors do not close, so all items are melted or warm, with icecream being soft. There was also moisture on the glass of the freezers and fridges. I do not recommend buying anything that is cold.

Update august 30:
The shelves are just so disorganized and overpacked that things just randomly fall off of the shelves and cause other things to break.
There was a woman in the next aisle looking for something on the top shelf, which caused stuff on the top of the shelf in this aisle to fall over and fall on top of some faces, andI almost had this vase fall onto my head had i not moved down the aisle while looking for a certain item (That of course this store didn't seem to carry because they don't stock anything because there's never any employees)
Second photo shows what happened. And nobody came to clean it up until late after I had left. This is definitely a hazard. It's not the employees faults when there's only one employee working the register and there's no others to be found.
Something tells me this place doesn't pay very well which is why this store has gone down the drain.
I would not be surprised if this location closes in less than a year. It seems like a good idea to have a Dollar Tree in College Town but not if it's constantly a mess, things are rarely ever in stock and barely any employees.

Not only is the store messy and disorganized, now they raise the prices to 1.75 Even though there's no notice in the store and a lot of the items still say $1.25 on them.
Dollar Tree lost me as a customer of almost 20 years. I used to go to the Henrietta location and one was built here closer to my house, but this kind of practice is false advertising and dishonest. I used to spend a $200 a month at Dollar Tree for my craft and art supply needs, I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

First time in this place and probably the last......it's so so so dirty the parking place garbage all over it's not in the employee matter that's up to the Manager and the owner.....a very very dirty place yes nice prices but dirty..... Nothing to impress me I thought it's was going to be a lot better in merchandise but not nanai nanai not at all.... Maybe thinking because was in a better place but not ,,,,,so I can even think if the store, the parking place looks this way, I can only imagine how other places will look too ,😳😳😳🤔🤔👀👀fossssss

Terrible staff, you guys allow your workers to racially profile people of color ? My daughter and her friends had to call the police and confirm they had been racially profiled twice by one of your workers even though they purchased items. Very disappointing will be calling corporate.
