Placed an order online but never received my order, despite waiting over 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. I first called the restaurant to ask about the status of my order, but the employee immediately hung up. I called the restaurant a second time an hour later to cancel the order, but no one picked up even after 10 minutes.

Make sure that you don't head to this place until the pizza tracker says the pizza is finished. Otherwise you will likely be waiting 15+ min.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and when I got home it was a regular pizza. I'm 25 minutes away so I called them they said they would refund me. Never got a refund contacted the support team and they never responded, 3 messages later still no response. I paid $20 to get horrible service by this store and by the entire company. When I walk in the store I don't expect you to finish your text message before speaking to me and the girls in the back gossiping over videos on your phone while throwing pizzas around not giving a care in the world. Horrible customer service.
