Looked up the cash value of my car and since then the Bob Johnson Auto group will not stop emailing, calling and messaging me. They call or email at least once each a every day.

Why didn't dorschel sell to a good dealer like Ide or West herr? Bob johnson is horrible. I feel like i can't talk to anyone who knows anything. Sales or service.

My daughter just purchased a vehicle form bob Johnson infiniti i was very upset the way they delivered this to her was not very professional service car was dirty inside engine was a mess this was not a good level of service

What a great experience from start to finish! This is my 5th lease with Bob Johnson and I’m so happy they’ve expanded their dealerships. I inquired about several different vehicles and with each of then I received a phone call quickly. They got me over to a sales person almost immediately and the sales people started pulling the numbers I requested. The sales person I worked with got me into my new Jeep and the process was seamless. The sales person wasn’t pushy at all and worked with me and his manager to get the price point where I was comfortable. He provided me several options. Again, it was a great experience overall.

Too much to go into not even worth my time to type but just let's say it's always something since 2017. I'll be looking for somewhere else after the UNECESSARY moody rude attitude from this morning . It's always something there.

9-24-22 Kevin Fitzpatrick gave me a very pleasant, non pressure car buying experience. Price was right not gouging like other dealers taking advantage of what they say is supply and demand. I will be using Bob Johnson for my car buying needs in the future.

I had an oil change and rotated tires for routine maintenance. Typically in and out in a hour. They must have been very busy as it was 2 1/2 hours before I got my vehicle. They are friendly and always wash my vehicle! Other than the wait this time they are great.

I have had the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased many cars of the years and this has been unbelievable. I live out of state bought a car to have it shipped and it has been 4 months since I purchased and Bob Johnson Auto Group still has not paid the tax on the car for my state, they charged me the tax but have not paid it to the state. I'm now late so will owe additional money to the state when or if they ever pay it.

My go to get repairs to my truck,good people chase is an awesome employee there... I heard other customers thank him for the work he does... the mechanic's is absolutely amazing and knows there job.

I bought a 2013 VW Golf R from this dealership when it was “Dorschel”. About 6 months later, I filed a rust warranty claim which went well, and they gave me an estimate and told me they would call me back as soon as they could get me in to do the repairs.Fast forward a year and a half later and I have not yet heard back. I have made multiple attempts at calling their service department to figure this out, all of which have gone straight to their voicemail. Upon reaching their voicemail, I have left a message with my name and contact information every time. They have not called me back once.It’s clear the Bob Johnson service department does not care about their clients based on my experience and the other negative reviews I’ve read. I recommend anyone that is considering servicing their vehicle at this dealership takes their service elsewhere.

I tried to sell them a used car as I was buying from another dealer. I went through KBB and they contacted me. I didn't appreciate the way they treated me or the price they offered. Their time was more valuable than my time. I sold it to another dealer with a much better experience for $1500 more.

Their advertisement that they do not mark up vehicles above MSRP is total B.S. I visited there a couple weeks ago. Took the time to test drive the car and then spent more time doing trade in and selecting the vehicle with what I wanted. After all that time salesperson tells me that they mark the car up $1600 above MSRP. I got up and walked out. They could have saved me the trip if they had been up front about it. This place reminds me of thetypical car dealership tricks you read about. Avoid this place! I ended up going to Mathew’s Kia to shop. No markups above MSRP there.
