Best car buying experience I've ever had. My sales representative, Mark, was extremely honest and professional. A couple points of the sale were a little more detailed because I was an out of state buyer, but everyone involved handled it all in stride. They made everything so easy that I left feeling like I'd forgotten something. What an experience! I got everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. Thank you!

Thank you Jim Mistretta for EXCELLENT service & support. Jim went above & beyond to change Our fob batteries & this morning in the Snow we had a Windshield Wiper break & Jim was able to sell us & install the Wiper Blades !!! We are SO very grateful & enjoy Our Lexus

No service tech answers the phone and do not return messages. You have to keep calling to get a live person to answer. Then they are rude.

Am proud of this dealership it’s been between our Community ! I trying buy IS 350 used but they didn’t have what I like , I went online and found one at Virginia and called them and they sent me the Seles document as a final price and I didn’t understand something about the warranty so I said between myself let me go to our dealership Bob and ask them what dose mean this word at this documents ( I said between myself if they didn’t answer me totally I understand and I do appreciate them) but am was very surprised when I went them today and asked the lady at front desk and was gentlemen beside her talking with her they was very happy I did came and asked my questions about the warranty and not just that they went to the Seles man his name Jeff and he invited me to Greg palmer and he took me to his deck and explained to me how the L/C cars works and he was very happy to helping me , I do appreciate you guys how you make my day again thank you so much !

We just took delivery of our new TX 350, our sixth Lexus. Wow, quite the vehicle and Cheryl Carney could not have been nicer. She is eminently professional and thorough. She handled the expiring lease of my previous vehicle, and kept us informed of the availability and pricing of the TX as soon as Lexus made that available to their dealerships. The entire process was worry-free for me as Cheryl handled everything. I highly recommend her.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I loved one of the cars on the lot, but not the interior or exterior color. I happened to find the perfect one online but it was 240ish miles away. They were able to do a dealer trade and got me the exact car I wanted. Meghan was my salesperson and she was so pleasant and very prompt at getting back to me when I asked a lot of questions during the process. The whole team at Bob Johnson Lexus was wonderful to work with and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future! Huge thank you to all!

We went to view a Lexus today, and did not receive great service from the sales person AT ALL! He was older white guy with sandy brown hair and had a tan shirt on 8/28/23, unfortunately that’s the best description I can give since he did not introduce his self. He was dismissive, judge us by our appearance and assumed we can only afford $30,000. He walked us around the parking lot, did not want to let us test drive anything. I have had 2 Lexus in my lifetime. He then walked away to start working with someone else. Sooo we went to Audi and bought a $65,000 car. Way friendlier experience.

Parts guy Robert is a little ball of sunshine… not….. Every Bob Johnson parts counter I have ever been to has been this way. I’m not asking for anything above and beyond, just don’t be a prick. I swear you guys should just show the parts guys videos of children in Africa walking miles just for water to remind them their lives are not that bad every morning.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bob Johnson Lexus. My sales consultant is Mete Konuksever. I've already know which vehicle I wanted and so Mete was able to help me transition smoothly with my new car purchase. I was able to meet the manager Jon Mariotti and some of the Bob Johnson Lexus team who are welcoming and supportive with my new car purchase. Thanks a lot! I will keep this dealership in mind for future car purchases.

Unfortunately I haven't had luck with this dealership.Lexus is usually pretty good and this hasn't been the case.Calle multiple times to get our 10k service maintenance in our 2022 vehicle.It's like no one cares, the lady that picked our call was not the greatest, and perhaps was having a bad day and we are humans so we can't judge on first impressions.We decided to do our appointment online, and in the comments I put to be contacted, tomorrow is my appointment and no one has contacted me. I called and today a person tells me, did you requested to be contacted online and I was like yes we did. Now I am being transferred back to back to voice mail machines.In short. If you can go to Syracuse or Buffalo, do so.We just moved to Rochester and we never experienced poor customer service with Lexus in our past 15 years. Always friendly, always looking to go above and beyond to answer your questions, people ensure you get what you needed in Florida, but I guess they do it differently here.
