I had a specific car in mind when I came to Bob Johnson. I met with Ahmad who answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the car. I was never under any pressure from the sales or finance staff but was met with friendliness and concern that I be happy with the right vehicle.

I am NEVER one to complain but I will never again return to Bob Johnson Nissan. Purchasing my car was an absolute wonderful experience. Anything after that has been AWFUL! I called for 5 days trying to simply get my warranty information. After leaving several messages there was not one single call back. I called and told the receptionist I had left several messages previously and asked to speak to an actual person and not a voicemail as I just wanted someone to send me a copy of my warranty. She then transferred me to a voicemail. I called back and said the same thing she interrupted me and transferred to a voicemail. Even the service manager does not return phone calls.. After my 3rd phone call in a row they would pick up and hang up. Or a pick up the phone and automatically put me on hold. It was then a very nice gentlemen called and in 30 seconds gave me the phone number to the warranty company as he could not see my terms, but only what package I had. The phone call took less than a minute. Someone get that guy a raise! He is, I’m pretty sure, the only person there with actual customer service skills. I will NEVER do business with a company that is only looking to make money off of a car sale and not stick with a customer knowing obviously they will need another car in the future. That is business 101. Repeat and happy customers return and bring other customers with them. My advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH BOB JOHNSON NISSAN!

My experience was very pleasant. My sales representative Ariana Talillie went above and beyond to personalize my experience and help me with making the best choice for my vehicle needs and keep my monthly car payment within my budget. Positive experience and would recommend Ariana to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I'm at a loss as to where to begin. My 2023 Nissan Rouge has had an engine light that's been turning on and off for over a month now. The error messages that come with it are "Engine Malfunction," "Emission control system malfunction," and "AWD communication malfunction."I've been to three different dealerships, including Bob Johnson Nissan, hoping that they would be able to find and fix the issue. The previous two dealerships didn't charge me a diagnosis fee, as they couldn't locate or fix the problem.Thinking that the top-rated Nissan dealership in Rochester would be my best bet, I brought my car there, only to be charged a $170+ diagnosis fee. The Advisor told me that my engine air filter compartment wasn't properly secured, causing all my warning lights to come on.(Only took the technician 5 minutes to come to this conclusion, Via DashCam)I couldn't believe it when the very next day, my engine light came back on and stayed on for a week before disappearing again. During this I scheduled another appointment with Bub Johnson Nissan, I asked if I'd be charged another diagnosis fee since I had just been there the week before. They told me I wouldn't be charged due to the ongoing issue. But when I came to pick up my car, I was given a $380+ bill and they denied ever saying to waive the diagnosis fee. I was told they didn't find anything wrong with my vehicle after a thorough inspection. When speaking with the advisor, they suggested ridiculous options like "next time your engine light comes on, tow it here and leave it for 1-2 weeks until we can look at it."After the conversation with the advisor, The manager decided to waive the fee to keep the peace. While I appreciate this, the entire situation was unacceptable, unprofessional, and lacked sympathy.I'm very disappointed in the service I received here and I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Fantastic experience with Laura she is awesome and really just gives you the best offer possible right up front. Easy done over the phone and I drove out from Buffalo to pick up a brand new Nissan Ariya!

My sales person was inexperienced which made the entire process longer than it should have been. I was also not offered gap insurance on my loan and now am trying to figure out how to get that applied.The individual who went over paperwork with me could not tell me specific details on the numbers and kept saying he could tell by looking at the cost there was an adjustment, but could not give me any documentation to support it.I called to talk to some one in finance and was sent to voicemail but have not received a return call.VERY DISAPPOINTED
