We just bought a new 2024 Sienna from Bob Johnson Toyota. This is our third Toyota van. I've never experienced a car dealer where the staff knew so little about what they sell. Or really cared. The experience was sub-par from when we ordered it six months ago to the recent delivery. The salesman had little time to answer or find correct answers to our questions, and made things up that he expected us to believe. It was clear that they didn't really care, and they made it obvious that they could sell always Siennas regardless of customer satisfaction. Delivery was limited to taking our money, handing over the keys, and waving good bye. We had a few questions about features, which they didn't have answers for. We Googled for answers, and had to inform them what we found on other dealer web sites - very pitiful. There are other dealers in town that we should have gone with. We certainly won't return to this dealer for service.

I was in need of several repairs: A replaced tail light housing, a drivers mirror back housing and the painting of the mirror housing. Bob Johnson Toyota conveniently allowed me to have it all repaired on the same day at two near by buildings. Employees were polite and helpful as well in ordering parts and in payment.

David Kinball was very thorough and patient with us on our interest in two Toyota models. He walked us through the inside & outside demonstrating the cars features as well as answering our questions while driving the vehicles. He then thorough explained the pricing incorporating our price objectives. The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility was impressive and modern.

I feel very confident taking my car to Bob Johnson Toyota for service! They service my car in a timely manner, I always feel like they address the purpose of the visit and share any immediate or potential concerns honestly. I never feel pressured to have something done that I wasn’t anticipating. They leave my car clean, the waiting area is comfortable and clean, and everyone (especially my service advisor) is friendly.

We were looking for new sienna and mark did an outstanding job of finding what we were looking for. He kept us updated on the progress and in fact found us the vehicle with in a month.Very happy with the service we have received and I will definitely recommend Bob Johnson dealers to anyone interested in a vehicle

FANTASTIC SERVICE as usual!!! Absolutely love coming here. They treat you with respect & don't try to pull a fast one on you just because you're a woman.I having been coming here since 2018 because of Todd Thomas. Todd knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle when I first brought it to him unlike the dealership where vehicle was purchased. Todd is straight up and let's you know if the repairs needed have to be done now or if it can wait.Turn-around time is about a hour.UNBELIEVABLE!!! At any other garage, would have to wait 3-4+ hours to get vehicle back. Todd & the mechanics try to get you out within an hour unless they find problem areas. They always discuss what they find before doing the extra services. If you choose to do the extra work, they will give an approximate time frame and cost.There is a huge waiting area with a TV, comfortable seating & tables or you can utilize the workstations with outlets underneath. Food & beverage is also available at an additional cost.HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your vehicle here for all maintenance, repairs, and inspection. You will be treated with dignity and respect. Plus they are reasonably priced.

Last year I had Bob Johnson Toyota change the rear diffferential fluid (normal service). They recommended that I also replace the differential "breather" to reduce pressure when hot to prevent future fluid leakage. It was expensive, but we approved the replacement. Less than a year later my rear differential started leaking. Recently, I scheduled an appoint for an air bag safety recall and to look at the rear differential leak. It was over a week to get the appointment. I took time off the day of the appointment, brought my car in, and waited an hour and a half in the Bob Johnson waiting area only to be informed that they didn't have the recall part, so I had to reschedule for another time. They did look at the leak and informed me that all three rear differential seals needed to be replaced. Guess the breather didn't work. I rescheduled the recall service and seal replacement for over a week later. I took more time off and came in for the new appointment and they didn't seem to have the seal repair paperwork and they didn't have the seals. After waiting at the service counter for quite a while they finally found the seal paperwork and located some seals at another dealership, so I left the car. The next day they were finally able to complete the recall service and the seal repair (another $603). Honestly, I can't say this was a great service experience. Required parts should be ordered and available before the date of the service. Seems like Auto Service 101.

I had a great experience looking for a new vehicle! Our salesman Anthony Falleti was exceptional. He listened to our needs and spent time reviewing all of our options so that we could find a deal that worked best for us. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Everyone that we encountered was very friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Would 100% return as a customer or recommend to family and friends.

I had my car level 3 detailed. It was perfect when I picked it up! Absolutely no smudges for cloth on any surfaces and they got inside all crevices (I made sure to empty everything out so this would not be an issue). Thank you for a thorough cleaning!

I have went to Bob Johnson Toyota for my car maintenance for nearly three years - they are spectacular at what they do. The online booking system is seamless, and the service advisors are friendly and communicative. The actual service is very good also - the car is returned to you in the same condition you bring it in, and they throw in a complimentary car wash. If you have a Toyota and need car service, I would highly recommend Bob Johnson.

I came in for an oil and filter change service. The service advisor was pleasant and professional. The service was completed in a timely manner. No complaints there. When I started my car I noticed the maintenance required light was still on. They forgot to reset the message reminder. Not a big deal as I could do it myself. As I opened the glove box to get the owner's manual the glove box door fell off. I suspect when they checked the cabin filter they reattached the door incorrectly. Again not a big deal as I fixed myself. I only mention these points because I was prompted to review my experience by the dealership. I wanted to be honest about my visit.

Art Chase is awesome. He's not pushy and wa very easy to work with. I had a great experience with the whole team. Elizabeth in Finance is amazing and so much fun. She explained what different things were & told me that she talks to the people who work back in the service center to understand how things work. She found me the best rate that she could and didn't try to talk me into buying anything that I didn't need. I'm looking forward to picking up my car and I highly recommend Bob Johnson Toyota

I'd like to thank Loren and the team in the collision dept for making the last 5 weeks easier after my recovered stolen car was now in his hands. Keeping me updated every fews days to what was being done. Making sure everything was being done while he waited for hard to get parts. I didn't want this car back after seeing what it looked like but he promised me it would look just like it did the day I drove it off the lot 3 yrs ago. I was not DISAPPOINTED! Thank you so much...
